The room is well equipped, Breakfast is amazing, location is good as well and the staff is very friendly.

Bathroom is too small, We have difficulty to contact the receptionist by whatsapp, they saw the message but didn't answer it. When we got in the property the guy presented himself as operational manager and he didn't at least offer a kindness to support my wife with 2 bags to go downstairs. I know that is not hotel obligation but considering that I have received notification to evaluate the property with score 10, this small thing should be considered to get the higher score.

Well organized, professional

Check-in process was very confusing + the last night there was a party inside the hotel at 2 am for almost 1.5 hours, however the hotel did of allow late checkout due to bad sleep, nor did intervene the party.

30 seconds walk from the party beach, yet secluded and silent. Also, right at the taxi stop where the tours depart from. Also, quality rooms and comfy beds. And really, really nice staff!

Really nothing to dislike.

Staff didn't speak english in such a touristy destination! I cancelled my first 'free cancellation' booking with them as I couldn't change my dates. They didn't refund me though until I spotted that 1 month later in my credit card and I requested it - I could have easily missed that! Room got cleaned once in 4 days - you have to drop of the keys at reception for them to clean
