Maira and Caique were the best of hosts at Pousada Aconchego! I felt welcomed as soon as I arrived, Caique greeted me upon arrival with his smile and positive spirit. Maira and Caique were both very helpful giving local advise on things to do and where to go (beyond the touristy center). I ended up extending my stay with them because of their hospitality! If you are staying in Morro then I can’t recommend this place enough - even the breakfast is individualised per your order and the coffee is top notch!

Matheus, caique y alexandro are great and very welcoming! They gave us a free upgrade to a quadriple room to ensure that we had 2 beds. We were there during new year's and they surprised us with a bottle of champagne and a cheese platter! The rooms were clean and well maintained.

1. The pousada is located in the center of the village and we could not sleep as people were passing by all night, playing their music very loudly in their music boxes. We do not recommend this pousada for light sleepers. 2.The quality of the bed sheets was not great.

The breakfast was excellent, and the staff are really friendly and helpful which makes a lot of difference when you are visiting a new place. It is also pretty close to where you arrive from the boat (camarata) so this is quite handy too.

The bed could be a bit more confortable, and if you are looking for a pousada just in front of the beach you might get disappointed. However, everything is so close that it will take just a few minutes walking until you get to the Praia 1 and 2.

Outstanding staff

My room barely qualifies as a room. The next room’s air conditioning unit is above the entrance, forget about using the hamac, as i got all the heat, vibrations and loud sound. The room is so small that the door doesn’t fully open as it hits the bed The fridge has seen the dirties hands on the planet and the shower sends electrical arcs when you try to adapt the temperature
