Everything was fantastic during my stay at Majestic World Hotels Natal- Brazil, since the first second I stepped in, till the moment I left. My mommy (71 years old) and I were traveling on holidays and I also got a plastic surgery done at that time. I couldn’t have chosen any other place to stay while recovering. All my requests were promptly answered, even an earlier breakfast on the day of my admission to the hospital. Good food, cleanliness, lighting, AC, room service, pool, gym, and the most kind team I have ever met. The receptionist Izaac is one to highlight. He is beyond. The Hotel is close to the beach, nice view from my room, restaurants, pharmacies, tourism agencies, all you need just less than 5 min way. I highly recommend this Hotel and can’t wait to be back .

Excellent location. Walking distance to shopping, several restaurants and the beach. Great breakfast with lots of varieties and a chef to prepare most anything you want. Great fruits and pastries and hot dishes. Great wifi and Roku streaming available For an American, the daily expenses were incredibly low. Uber was very inexpensive as was lunch and dinner and Uber.. Lots of tours available. Natal is a favorite winter holiday spot for middle class brazilians escaping the chilly south. Most places had live Forró music.

The hotel is on a busy street. We had a high balcony room. The breakfast room was too dark.

Location is good if you want to stay near the beach and lot of restaurants. Room size is good enough. The breakfast is well assorted. An hoorah for the lady who prepares omelettes and tapioca, it is really astonishing how she handles all the requests that receive!

Pool is really minimal, but having the beach so near it's not an issue. Only a small issue; after landing at Natal airport I received a message stating that the check-in would end at 17.00, while we arrived around 18.00. Nobody was able to explain who had sent the message.

Comfortable beds and pillows, helpful well trained staff and the best hotel breakfast I ever had.

More like a comment than a complaint. It's not a 5 star hotel but overall a strong 4 given the rather old facilties, the small pool and small gym. Everything is very clean and well kept though.

Best breakfast I’ve ever had in a hotel. Fresh food and an immense variety of options. Tapioca, omelette and eggs prepared at the time on your request. Very polite and friendly staff. Comfortable bed and great location.

The restaurant where the breakfast is served is a bit dark. It could use more light.

I told them that my wife's birthday was on Saturday at the time we checked in and could they bring note it Saturday morning at breakfast. The lady at the desk suggested bringing a cup cake with a candle and I said that was perfect. She said they would do that, but it didn't happen.

Location was great, breakfast was nice and the staff were friendly.

The pool was very small and the gym was limited in size and equipment.

The Hotel is in a perfect location of Ponta Negra, Natal, Brazil. My two teenage boys and myself had an excellent time and enjoyed the amenities offered by the hotel. The Hotel is near by great restaurants & nightlife as well as to Ponta Negra Beach. I am planning of making another trip to Ponta Negra, Natal, Brazil in the near future and I will be reserving the same hotel.
