The Vogal is an elegant but comfortable hotel located just north of the busy beach area and south of the preserve. You can swim on the beach and there are not many vendors. Check in is usually a breeze with staff guiding you to your room. Rooms are comfortable and have spa tubs and separate showers, and comfortable beds. A minibar is included but no coffee making facilities. There is a coffee Cafe across the street. 2 bottles of free water are usually provided as part of the turndown service.

In the inclusive din̈ner you need to buy soft drinks, even water. The buffet is excellent and well prepared.

Location and pools, especially the 2 heated pools which were great once the sun was gone. Great sea view from the room! Great location for long walks on the beach. André at the pool area went out of his way and delivered great service!

Hotel is dated and lacking proper maintenance, consistency in service was clearly a challenge. Mini bar did not get restocked once in the 5d we stayed in the hotel, even when asked. Luckily there is a mini market opposite to the hotel. Menus and food were basic. Even though dinner was included, we went out to restaurants in the area. Not very practical towel service at the pool area made that we had to constantly ask for towels. Many in Natal say this is the best hotel in Natal, I ‘m sure they did not stay at this hotel. Much to improve here! Next time staying at Wish hotel further down the beach.

No hotel that we have stayed at in this area greets you like the Vogal. Check in is a breeze, complimented with happy staff, attentive doormen and beverage service. Erica ensured we had a great check in experience! The Vogal exudes quiet luxury, with comfortable bedding, great views, and pools over looking a swimable beach. Breakfast and Dinner were excellent, both in terms of the food offered and the service. Albert manages the dinner service and has always ensures we have a great time. A swim-up pool bar is a great pre-dinner choice. Umbrellas and loungers are provided for those that choose the relax on the beach. Rooms include a spa tub and a shower, full-length mirrors, mini-fridges, real closets and safes.

There is an automatic sliding glass door at the entrance of the hotel. They need the same thing in the breakfast area for people eating outside going in and out to get food. If you want an intense, organized kid activity experience with sports courts and game rooms this might not be to your taste. There is a pool table, gym, and kids area. Noodles are supplied for the pool.

The hotel is generally well taken care off, with pretty views, nice pool area, good breakfast. The rooms are very comfortable, each with a jacuzzi. The location is great, in Ponta Negra Beach, but not in the busiest area.

Although it was my third time at the hotel, they didn't honor my request for an earlier check in. The hotel was far from being full, so this could have been arranged.

A reliably great stay in Natal that is comfortable, feels safe and offers fantastic dining and friendly professional service. The location is excellent, right by the beach and conveniences.

Both times we stayed here, the spa in the room was filthy. Looks great on arrival, but once switched on, dirt can come in through the jets and other black grime. The ventilation fans above the showers were also covered in mould. Could offer some free water daily as well as a courtesy.

We liked the big room and comfortable bed including the pool area with lot's of space.

Our booking of the room including dinner, but unfortunately were had another dinner reservation already. After asking to have lunch instead they were not willing to change meal which was very disappointing. In the morning we had to leave early for the airport before the breakfast buffet opened, which means we payed for dinner and breakfast but missed both. Instead we had lunch and had to pay for it.

The rooms are very comfortable, it’s a quiet hotel with a nice view of Ponta Negra Beach. The atmosphere is calm and peaceful. There are nice plants and birds in the pool area. Breakfast is good.

The dinner buffet dishes are not very tasty.

The food at the restaurant is not good. Dosent meet the standards of this hotel. They sell pretty expensive wines that are not worth to pair with the poor food at the restaurant.

Spa facilities of sauna and steam room were not working and massage was not good

great hotel! Very clean and modern. Amenities were amazing and personnel was exceptional. Breakfast and dinner buffet were excellent.

They only had 10 umbrellas at the beach for the entire hotel. We had to make sure to get there before 9 am to get an umbrella and chairs.
