we are very impressed with the place. besides of being a so much fun place to be with the family it s a beautiful, safe and clean resort pros 1. everyone is so nice, helpful and high energy . 2. the place is so clean and organized 3. the room we had was a good size, clean and beautifully decorated and with a beautiful view to the hot beach park 4. very thoughtful to family that have babies. there is a place inside of the resort that stays open 24h with stove, microwave, sink and they always have fruits and milk available. 5. the pool in the resort is very warm and we enjoyed having a champagne and yummy appetizers by the pool . 6. food is very good and they have a great variety of Brazilian food and fruits. amazing caipirinha (Brazilian drink) too 8. super fun live music day time and night time 7. amazing vacation and we will be back when the kids are a little bit older . cons 1. the bed was very hard and not comfortable at all 2. at the hot beach park some of the pools wasn’t warm at all . but 2 main pools for the kids was very warm and we stayed there the whole time . so it was fine for us . 3. the only food we did not enjoy was a tilapia appetizer but the pastry (pastel) and the meat appetizer was very delicious

Hospitality

The period we stayed was too crowded. Big lines for bkf and dinner. My suggestion is to avoid going during peak season (in my case july). As other guests already mentioned, the drinks are rather pricey. Be prepared!

Convenience, location

Balcony lights are automatically turned off at 11pm so if you would like to sleep earlier with a room totally dark it is not possible.

This was a wonderful stay! A perfect resort for children and families. The staff are lovely and the entire resort is beautiful. Value for money would likely have been better had we not visited over Christmas (when everything is very expensive). I travelled with one adult and two children and we stayed in a large family room for a week over the Christmas (including Christmas Day). Food: We stayed Half board. Breakfast and dinner (buffet) were astoundingly generous. We stayed over Christmas and the selection was exceptional. Rooms: Clean, comfortable, big, great facilities including TV, mini-bar, room service and and fast wifi. Resort facilities: In particular the warm, pretty hotel pools and proximity to water park (1 minute walk). So easy with small children. There is also a small gym, a playroom for little children and a games room for older ones. The beach shops are comprehensive and the beach bars are heaven! Live music, evening pool entertainment... There are also massage/spa options Security: The resort provides a wrist band which can be used for EVERYTHING (lock doors, pay for snacks, even in the shops) so it isn't necessary to carry valuables. Very safe and easy. Staff: Incredibly helpful, friendly, accommodating and warm. Water park: everything you could want. All of it, right there! Trips from water park - a wax works museum (o.k.) and a dino park (good) within ten minutes of the resort. There is also ANOTHER water park(!) but we didn't go there...

Our stay was so great that I am being very picky here... Food: We stayed half board. Do note that, with the exception of morning coffee, drinks are not free (not even water). Lunch options on site are limited (fast food type food is available at the pool bars). Language: Very few staff speak English. We could mostly work around this because the staff are flexible and willing - but it caused occasional delays/problems (purchasing tickets for trips etc). Some sort of kids club would be nice... I was confused about the hot springs and we didn't find them. We concluded that the park IS the hot springs - this may not be correct. In my experience this is not a romantic couple type resort - it's all about family fun.
