The staff was very friendly and always helpful. The hotel is in a great location right next to the Thermas dos laranjais aquatic park, 5 minutes walking direction. A number of nice restaurants were also close by. Breakfast was great.

The room could have been equipped a bit better, for example with a locker to lock away valuable items. Also, some soap in the bathroom would have been nice. Elevators were far above capacity and during most of the day it took long waiting times at the elevators.

Located right across from entrance to Thermas. Breakfast was good. Lots of activities for kids.

Room was not very clean, missing soap and towels, pack n play smelled like urine. Room service never came two of the days after multiple phone calls, some calls the phone just rang. The noise from music and activities at pool was very loud until 10pm, our room was in front of pool but at 14th floor still very loud everyday. Place was very packed on weekend, difficult to find parking, long waits for elevators, hard to find spots at the pool, long lines for breakfast. Staff trying to sell timeshare are everywhere and annoying, they claim they’re not selling timeshare but don’t believe them. These staff even block the entrance driving into hotel and almost jump in front of your car and chase after you while driving. We were told by hotel that you must buy tickets to Thermas from them as they no longer sell tickets at the park, this was a lie and scam, seems illegal, I hope they get fined or shut down.
