Good value, nice breakfast (but not great), great staff.

The bedding sheets were all cleaned with average laundry detergent leaving strong smell on it and that is kind of annoying. I’d opened window for hours To get some fresh air and reduce the smell. The noise cancellation was bad as I can hear ppl next door speaking even in late night. So if you sleep light and sensitive to smell, better stay in another hotel.

Very friendly staff and perfect location, since it was close to the main road I was traveling. The area is busy, not quiet. But very practical for road travelers.

There was a strange smell in all rooms. Not bad, but strange, I couldn't identify. I felt suffocated and kept the windows open, but than unfortunately I could hear the noise outside.

everything , the location is fantastic. the stuff are 5 starts .. the best hotel staff I seen worldwide. staff completely polite, kind and useful. I was there to make a plastic surgery and from all the days I spent there staff was always asking if everything was fine. breakfast is fresh and delicious, restaurant food also ok and their staff five stars as well! brilliant experience. in fact it’s far from the most beautiful, huge text hotel but it was THE BEST, when I talk about hospitality.

Safe Parking is limited to 30 cars and it's always full at night time, so you must take it to a street parking which is free but gates are opened 24/7

I’ve stayed at this property several times when it was part of the Slaveiro chain. Was always pleased with my stay. Now under new management, the hotel is called Firenze Business Hotel. Yet the property is still modern, and well kept. Not much is different than before. However, one noticeable difference was the breakfast buffet, which is now far better than what was offered when owned by Slaveiro! I should comment as well that when I entered my room, there were some chocolates on the bed, along with a letter personally welcoming me (by name), written in English. I can read and write in Portuguese, but my booking-dot-com profile indicates a US address, and that was evidently noticed, as well as acted upon. This attention to detail speaks volumes, and was greatly appreciated! I’ll be back….
