Great location in that it was close to Paraty but not in the bustle of the town centre. Great staff and breakfast was basic but excellent. The creek accessed from the back of the property a lovely bonus in addition to the pool. Cesar was fabulous as manager in general but also because we left something in our room and well before we had realised this there was a message from him on Booking.com. He also recommended Sancho Panca for dinner when we arrived late - looked like an expensive tourist destination but the food was superb and one meal served three of us.

Nothing - given the price paid. our expectations were matched. It is a simple pousada but this is all you need for one or two nights. We slept four comfortably in our room.

The peaceful nature ambiance of the place makes me feel like home away from home. Very quiet peaceful place . There’s a swimming pool and waterfalls in the property. The place embracing us making us feel safe. You waking up in the morning hearing the water falls and birds . We love the staff are very accommodating and friendly specially the Argentinian guy I forgot his name. But he is amazing and very helpful and friendly . We’re glad to choose this place to stay . It’s a gem!

I only hope they will maintain the ambiance even on a peak season .

It was situated outside of town in the jungle área great walk down to the waterfall in the ground. Near to other waterfall trails and the distillery. need a car

Close to river and rock pools. The manager from Colombia was a friendly guy and the breakdast was good.

Not suitable river rock pool access, although its close. Pretty dangerous and steep steps that are broken up in areas and no hand rails or ropes. One in our party declined to walk down. The photos on the Booking com site are old. The signage if you come from Cunha is not visible. Chalets are too close each other... This is basic accommodation, but frankly the pricing still indicates you should expect more.
