Nothing was missing; perfect two-night stay exceeded our expectations

One of the most pleasant and restful hotels we have ever stayed in, and a great place to stay on the edge of the historic centre of Paraty. This means you can pull up right outside to unload luggage before using the hotel car park a short distance away. The bar has a great happy hour which is a relaxing way to start the evening. Pool area is just the right size. Breakfast has a perfect set of options for most guests. Rooms themselves are pleasant and airy even if they are not the biggest and have a real ‘Pousada’ feel.

Nothing, we really enjoyed our stay.

Hotel is located very close to the centre of Paraty. Private car parking is available close to the pousada and is not expensive. Staff were very helpful when we arrived early with luggage and parking. The room was very clean and comfortable (air con included) and had a seperate back door to the pool area. Pool area is very nice, quiet and chilled.

Breakfast area is nice and there are some nice options but slightly lacking compared to other hotels in Brazil and for the price of the stay.

The breakfast was very traditional with fruit platters and many different cakes and breads. There was also a platter of cheese and processed meats. The swimming pool is a good size and very clean. The room had good air conditioning and a strong overhead fan.

The electricity went on and off following rain in the area and the WiFi was erratic.

Beautiful property right by the bus station. This means you don’t have to drag your luggage for long after you arrive in Paraty (which would be by bus in most cases). The property is beautiful with a great, aesthetic restaurant which ranks in the top 10 restaurants in the city, a big swimming pool in the center and well designed rooms. Restaurants serves superb Caipirinhas, on which you have 1+1 during happy hours. Since we were on our honeymoon, they had a bottle of champagne for us in the room.

Natural light in the room was a bit less. But it also mean the rooms were a bit cooler than what it was outside.

Great location, close to old center. Monkeys and birds in garden. Very friendly staff, also laundry possibility. Good breakfast. Good room, but not very large.

WiFi is not that good. Very noisy, but could sleep just fine.

We really enjoyed our stay in this hotel in Paraty. Very good location. Clean, spacious rooms with a big bed and good TV. Breakfast was really nice also. Nice pool. The girls at reception were exceptional, they spoke good English and helped us book our transfer. 10/10 would recommend.

The location is awesome. Close enough to the historical center to be a quick walk, far enough to be very calm and silent at night. Staff was super helpful and the breakfast was pretty good.

Shower took quite some time to get warm - At times up to 10 minutes! I was told that it was because my room was one of the farthest from the water boiler. It was not a deal breaker (other than wasting a lot of water) but might be uncomfortable if you are in a hurry.

Had issues with the fan that were not takin care of. Someone just looked at it, tweeted a wire as I did and called good? Was not.. Needed to change the Switch. The T.V. also had issues and was looked at and called ok... It blacked out after 20 min. of watching. Sound is ok, T.V. goes black

Everything. This place is just adorable. Lovely rooms, lovely furnishings, lovely communal space. Lovely pool. Just perfect. Would stay here again in a heartbeat. It’s so quiet at night but in the centre of town. Perfect!
