The whole hotel was spotless. The gardens were immaculate and well looked after. There were lots of nice and different seating areas around garden and hotel. Everyone was very helpful and welcoming. The breakfast had lots of choice hot and cold, and you were able to eat in the breakfast room or outside by the pool. The shower was really hot and powerful. The location was excellent for the bus station as only 5 minutes walk and no noise.

The toilet cystern was not adequate in the room to flush the toilet properly.

I liked the rooms and the location. The reception staff were very friendly and helpful. The rooms were spacious and clean. It was an easy walk into the beautiful old-town area.

The shower didn't always have hot water. The breakfast was not very accommodating to gluten-free diets, but it was very delicious for those who could eat gluten.

I like the location and territory of the hotel was very beautiful The room is little not so comfortable The breakfast was good We traveled with babies and stuff kindly allowed us stay till 13 o’clock in our room very thankful for that

- There is not enough parking space available in case of a full hotel. So it did require some gymnastic when trying to leave the hotel early as other cars had to be removed before - Some breakfast go away fast such as the brazilian cheese breads. Better be an early bird - One can rent beach towels for the entire stay at a very reasonable price, but availability was a bit random, which I guess was another result of a fully booked hotel - We used the balcony to dry our beach ware which was a bit rusty. So I did end with a piece of white clothing with rust spots on it

Location is good, very close to bus station and old town. Garden is very cozy.

TV didnt work. Very few wall sockets. Rooms are outdated. Not very good value for money. Nobody speaks a word of English.

We supposed to receive an upgrade, due to genius benefit but was not given. We asked fot the 3rd children bed, not given. The receptionist (male) was toooo lazy and not smart at all. juat warming up the chair

The room was extremely clean. Bed sheets, pillows, and covers, floor, area to put clothes, and towels. The facilities (common areas, including the swimming pool) were very clean, comfortable, and organized. The staff, although not really solving our issues, were very friendly and tried to be helpful.

Major issues: - the wifi connection did not work properly (inside the room) - sometimes, it did not work at all. - the shower had VERY little water, and for a day, the available water was extremely hot (to the point we could not finish the shower). The staff attempted to fix the issue, but then the shower became completely cold (also not allowing us to take a shower). The day this happened, we were offered another room just to take a shower. The quality of the offered room was also not good, but at least we could take a shower. - the parking lot situation is poor. No organization. Cars are constantly blocking each other. The staff does not maneuver the cars so we were asked (twice) to do so - not only with our car but also with cars from other guests that were not available for it. "Smaller" issues: - pool bar: the bar is there, but the orders were only taken in the reception. The bar was closed. - rooms only offer plugs 110 V. - air conditioning was quite noisy. All of the issues were taken to the administration during our stay and also when we were leaving. Although friendly and polite, the staff did not do/could not do much to improve our stay. From the 4 nights we stayed there, half of the time was filled with major problems. No compensation was offered. The price was charged to the fullest.
