Amazing location! Good room, nice shower, beb is comfortable. The Breakfast is a differential, delicious, everyday have some different.

Don’t have remote control to TV.

The only things that was good in the Pousada was - its location - the fact that the cakes were home baked « in the minute » - the parking

- no communication with the staff of the hotel : 1) no indication given regarding the time slot for breakfast 2) the remaining part that was paid when we arrived which was higher than indicated 3) the lack of information and indication regarding how to open the gate after 10pm => we were stuck outside after 10pm in the street with no information on how to open the gate / no information that the gate would be closed / etc. 4) the staff was absolutely not able to inform us on the activities to do in the region : which bus to take / which excursion to do / it’s a catastrophe 5) the fridge was not functioning when we arrived 6) the air conditioner was not functioning the first night that we arrived 7) the breakfast was from 8 to 10 and there was no possibility take it earlier so we paid for nothing the last breakfast with no possibility to have a discount and not even a COFFEE… it shows the lack of the flexibility from the staff 8) the room was too small we could not even open the 3 suitcases in the room => we had to go outside the room just to open the suitcase 9) the fridge was not functioning : it completely froze our aliments … I am enclosing a picture of the banana
