This location was very clean and the staff very helpful and sweet. the whole property was well kept and looked newly renovated…better than the pictures. the pool is beautiful, breakfast was nice and we looked forward to seeing the monkeys every morning.

The staff were friendly and helpful! The lady from the breakfast the hostess and the lady from the reception were great! The breakfast was good! The hotel was beautiful and clean!

The location wasn’t good! If you go by bus the hotel Is a bit far from the historic centre and to move around. If you have a car it’s great. Also it was missing a nice area for drinks such as nice bar.or somewhere cozy to stay.

Clean an good breakfast. Sagui come to visit for food. Very cued.

Could be more opportunities to dry clothes.

The driveway/walkway was half paved and half dirt that turned into mud with lots of puddles when it rains which it did several times during our stay. It felt unclean and unprofessional. The property seemed to have some unfinished construction projects and a messy residence in the middle of it. Our rooms had some mold, felt dismal, and one room had mosquitoes flying in. We picked economy rooms but they were still approx $100USD per night per room which felt too high for the low quality of the property and rooms.

This is my second time at the place. The first stay was terrific (a couple years ago). Now things are different: overall maintenance is terrible. I don't think it was worth the money. Breakfast (loud room; crowded; the worst scrambled eggs ever) Air conditioning - doesnt work properly Wifi - nonexistent for practical purposes Overall maintennance - awful in the smallest things. No toilet paper or liquid soap at restroom near the pool/reception. The dirty road is in poor condition, to the point that our car got stuck (fortunately, other guests helped us get out of the situation!).

the pool and breakfast was good

it was very loud the rooms were facing the street. I’m the description it said garden view. they should amend to street view. also they should clearly state that you need to climbed a steep staircase which was no fun with four heavy luggages. the rooms were okay the bed hard, a fridge placed just in front of the door and the decoration was wired. strange figures placed in the shelf’s. for a deluxe room how it was advertised not at all deluxe. also the voice from the road kept on going all night. we hardly slept and could hear the people from the other room having a shower and talking.
