The hotel is absolutely beautiful - our chalet was wonderful, overlooking the Madeiro beach which you can easily access through the stairs directly from the hotel grounds. Our room had a huge balcony, with hammocks and chairs. In the morning, we were greeted by little monkeys! The bed was very large and comfortable, the bathroom was also very large and super well-equipped with nice toiletry and fluffy towels. Every day we had new beach towels. The hotel beach club is perfectly located with comfortable stretchers and a great bar serving juices, coconut and excellent snacks. Breakfast was also marvellous! We loved it so much, we came back for one more night at the end.

The restaurant is not at the level of the hotel. The food was not at all exciting, given the hotel quality. Much better to explore the many hotels downtown.

Wonderful location. Sea view bungalow we staged in and it was stunning. But we looked at the garden view bungalows and they were equally beautiful. Super friendly staff and the beach is definitely the best in this region

Omg! I liked everything very much. I do not even know where to start. The combo of a delicious breakfast with an incredible sea view was fantastic. The hotel is very well taken care of, and extremely beautiful! I will definitely go back, and hopefully, I will stay longer next time! The hotel was very close to the Madeiro beach. The Chale with sea view has an incredible view. The breakfast was great, clean rooms, good structure and you have a reserved beach chair.

The property is well-kept, has an amazing view to the ocean, great room service, great food, great staff, great everything! I went there for my honeymoon, my wife and I stayed at a private chalet and we just loved the privacy given to us and also the care the hotel had to make our room extra romantic every time they came in for room service. The private access to the beach was also very nice, not to mention the tents that the hotel provided to us for free, when all the other tents on the beach charged a fortune just to stay there. My wife and I would 110% go back there.

Breakfast took a little long to be served, about 20 min (because of the pandemic, there wasn’t a buffet, the food was brought to our table).

Hotel facilities (amaziiiing pool, outdoor furniture, pool bar and decoration), close proximity to the beach, private beach structure and facilities, staff friendliness, room with a big, luxury and comfortable space, great linens, limited number of guests, no noise, great menu from restaurant breakfast! I believe this hotel is the best value for money in this category in Pipa!

No room service after 9pm. Hotel is far from city center making hard for guests if they wish or need to order something. Our shower tap was not working properly in the first days - not enough hot water. We asked for maintenance and staff repaired quickly but it was not the ideal situation. Private beach sand facilities not dedicated to guests after 11am. Made us stressed out to arrive on time at the beach, rushing the breakfast and having to divide the space with “locals”. Considering the price and exclusivity of the hotel, I believe sand beach structure should be maintained for hotel guests only.

I love this property , the design , the sound of the waves at night , the views to the beach in the morning . Great place .
