No-frills experience. It's a humble and perfectly appropriated hotel for a business trip. The breakfast was sufficient reasonable in variety as Brazilian standards go. The staff is competent and room service (food, ironing shirts) are delivered with no delays.

After having my room cleaned by room service, I came back one night to find dozens of flying termites over the bed sheet and curtains. Not a deal breaker and probably bad timing of the cleaning person working with the windows opened.

The checkin process seemed to take a long time, although this is typical of brazilian hotels. But when I booked the hotel via booking and received an email from the hotel, this information could easily be used for the checkin.

Location is very central but not the best for walking around at night. But there were good food delivery options for night time meals.
