location is good (near plenty of attractions), beds are comfortable, and the breakfast is full of options.

The hotel is big, with a lot of rooms. The hotel has just three elevators, being one of them for the staff services. The restaurant is on the 19th floor, so the elevators are of great importance. I was in the 6th floor and every time I had to go to the restaurant or to the first floor I had to wait too long.

I liked the room, comfortable, the check-in was easy and clean, the restaurant great food, good breakfast, also the attendance was great.

The glasses on the frigobar were pretty dirty, either way, I drank the water from the can which was very much cleaner.

Located right at the meeting point of the historical district and the Cidade Baixa neighborhood it's perfect for folks that enjoy exploring central Porto Alegre on foot. The room was very spacious and the soundproof windows did wonders for keeping the avenue below quiet. The room was spotless and very well organized - while we were on the 9th floor the three elevators that serve the hotel are quite fast. A decent continental breakfast is served in the top floor (19th) and offers a great view of the Cidade Baixa district. Restaurants, bars and interesting little places are across the street.

We didn't venture into the historical district at night as Porto Alegre is known for having a very quiet center at night - which doesn't mean it's dangerous, it's just a little deserted. Cidade Baixa, across the avenue, is quite lively and full of life at night. Breakfast, while very generous, is a bit limited in choices but that's fine as it was enough for us (we mostly had the breads, cold cuts and scrambled eggs).

Very clean hotel, extremely comfortable bed and the breakfast is an unique experience with the city view and various options of breads and cakes. The option to check-in before the arrival was also great.

Everything was great.

Spacious room, privacy, breakfast on the top floor. Nice view! Internet worked good. Central to the historic city center and the district with the reataurants and bars. Walkable distance. Possibility to do you laundry.

Toilet didnt work, flushed over. Had to tell the hotel twice. Bit of an inconvenience, having a wet bathroom. Then they repaired it fast.

The room was nice and clean. Breakfast was good although better on a Saturday. Restaurant staff were very helpful and friendly even though they didn’t speak English. Room service was fab!

Reception staff were abrupt and not trying to be helpful. Gym was a tiny room with a few dumbbells and a couple of treadmills. No pool.
