Fitness & swimming pool conditions gets a zero from me! Some of the reception staff needs extra training, specially when charging guests

Hotel is directly opposite bus station which is very convenient if arriving or leaving by bus. Breakfast buffet is good and has a lactose free table which is great. Staff were friendly and attentive.

Area around the hotel has a large homeless community so we did not feel particularly safe walking around. WiFi was very poor speed and didn’t even work for 2 of our 7 days. There is no free water available.

Good breakfast, and the staff was very helpful (especially Pedro). The location was the most important for me since I was heading to the beach early in the morning.

The towels were old and had plenty of stains (looking like cleaning clothes). Also, we were a couple in the room but only one towel was on the rack.

We were met by the most engaging and helpful staff person. Even though the check in clerk knew no English, her partner helped us through everything including parking our car in the garage getting gas. Finding us a better room etc. The breakfast was great. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

The neighborhood is a little dodgy, but the staff told us the preferred route to the market area..

Staff is very friendly and always trying to better the experience at the hotel. One of them, Mr Julio, deserves a special mention in this regard.

Wifi is unstable, especially at night.

The value

It is in a bad neighborhood - this I expected, as I know the place and chose it for being right next the Porto Alegre bus station. What I didn't expect is that it is a noisy one! Even on the ninth floor, and at 3 AM, there was noise from the street.

I was very delayed arriving due a monster traffic jam but no problem. My room was there waiting for me when I arrived. Staff was gracious about it. And I had not paid in advance. Room very comfortable.

Everything was excellent

Conveniently located right in front of the Porto Alegre bus station and not far from the airport, this hotel is an excellent option for those in transit. Moreover, it is quiet, clean, and offers a good breakfast.

Very early breakfast and comfortable matresses. Nice little pool with a view on the roof

Everything is a bit run down.. One glass pane was missing at the rooftop and they just put a wooden pane with some ropes.. looked a bit risky. The area it is was not very inviting

Very conveniently located for bus travelers, at walking distance right across Porto Alegre’s main bus station.

Not a good neighborhood, almost prohibitive to walk around, particularly at night, although crossing the street to/from the bus station is OK, and bus station has waiting taxis available day and night
