The view is amazing. The beds are comfortable. Staffing is super friendly and accommodating.

The hygiene of the place could be MUCH better. Tiny roaches were roaming around the room (especially in the bathroom). The blankets were not the best (small and uncomfortable to the touch) some dark grey throws that were not duvets. I was feeling cold through the night covered in that. Didn't have the courage to eat breakfast at the hotel due to the lack of hygiene but heard it was fresh.

This was my second time staying at Paiva Home Stay. I like the place itself. The views, the rooms and the upper deck and swimming pool. I booked and stayed in the Junior Suite. It's quite spacious and comfy.

The sink was kind of clogged and there were no blankets but a slightly thick bedsheet.

Gym could be way better with mirrors. The restaurant's menu is just two simple and not up for the place. The restaurant place looks great and its service is also great, but it serves ordinary food.

Troublefree stay for dog-owners! Parabens!! The view to Ilha do Amor is great. The staff in reception-area are very polite and serviceminded. The pricelevel is very good compared to what you get, very good value for the money.

Breakfast is ok, but nothing fantastic, it gives me a factory-feeling, there should be more handmade, local, autentic dishes. Bar/cafe area outside is a mess and destroyed, could be invested a little and made beautiful and cosy, this would be a plus for this hotel.

The views from here are the best of ant hotel in the world. It's a sensational experience. STAFF EXCELLENT HIGHLY RECOMMEND HERE.

Incredible views

The location wasn't the best. There aren't many restaurants or shops near the hotel and there isn't easy access to the beach

Excellent staff and location. The pool has an incredible view. I always stay here when I am in town. The restaurant is nice and breakfast is really good.

awesome view! (especially for our first morning in brasil. it was just perfect) no one spoke English but they explained everything really slowly and with gestures so wo could understand everything.
