staff is really doing all their best to make everyone feel good, the quality of service, sea is best of available in this region, all the facilities are very clean, the variety of the food in the restaurant

if you are sensitive about insects,flies and bees most probably the bungalow is not for you. we even could not open the doors to avoid insect attack. bungalows are really dark and depressing, hotel room might be a better alternative. the second thing is that there is no space in the facility to spend the time after dinner. no cafe, bar, entertainment and fun

Nannai Muro Alto is simply amazing. We stayed at a beachfront bangalow, which was incredible. All the meals were amazing as well, the breakfast was above average of other hotels we have stayed and service was amazing. Dinner specifically is incredible with incredible variety, you can eat steak (that they grill right there for you the steak of your choosing), sushi, pasta, risotto, pizza, many salad options. It is really something else. The spa and massage is also an amazing experience, and the hotel offers other activities, such as tennis, beach tennis, kayaking and standup paddling.

I believe overall we had a great experience, and there is little negative to say about the hotel. The wine selection is not the best value (i.e. good wines are expensive and affordable wines aren't good), but we noticed that many guests bring their own bottles, and we recommend learning more about that possibility from the hotel.

Grounds were breathtaking!!! Awesome beach lagoon! Full of tropical fish. Look no further, book your stay here!!! Food options are exceptional! Piccania, Fillet minion. Every eavning dinner buffet was impressive and different. Enjoy!

Our pool water got murky n yellow 2nd day we checked in. We noticed pool guys were trying to figure out what was going on every morning. Last full day they were offering a Suite Villa on them. Simply decided not to pack n move since it was our last day here. Otherwise we enjoyed our stay here! Highly recommend!!!

The hotel offers superb attention, good food, cozy accommodations, and all the quietness you expect when needing to disconnect and relax.

They don't have the bill R$ 10 for the water you consume within the accommodation. If they want to boost the usage of the bottle they give you, they need more water providers around the property.

This place couldn’t be better if it tried. Amazing staff, impressive food and overal restaurant service, super duper hospitable with many different little treats throughout your stay (loved cha da tarde), great pools and sports fascilities. The rooms are so beautiful you’ll never want to leave. Would 110% recommend.

Treat yourself to this experience! But do bring a full bank account ;)

I think the food was excellent. The grounds were kept immaculate. The facilities itself was incredible. The location is incredible. And of course the employees were remarkable. Overall it was truly a vacation that vastly exceeded my expectations.

There wasn't anything to dislike. The cost was more than I'm used to, but the service and quality that was provided was on par with the cost. So I really can't complain.

Location is amazing in front of the natural swimming pools from Muro Alto! We stayed in one of the bungalows with a private pool which was fantastic! The food is excellent, the entire staff exceeds expectations for the attention and care of guests. The experience was amazing and we will be back again!

the cleanliness in general was impeccable. the staff were extremely helpful and courteous and the food was incredible.

the time certain beverages ordered took to be served was extremely long which was disappointing. the lack of iron and ironing board in the room was frustrating. this is standard in pretty much every resort and hotel I’ve stayed. I’d travelled from overseas and refused to pay for this service.
