We loved the pool area and breakfast was great. Location was great, fantastic supermarket very close by.

No towel to dry dishes with, no shower mat, asked at reception for these and were simply told no we don’t offer these.. am I supposed to dry my dishes with my clothes haha

The apartment wasn’t so clean. there was no shampoo, body wash.. at least a start package

Resort is very well located at the shore of the stunning Muro Alto Beach with beach access. Common areas and swimming pools are great and very well maintained, but (see below)...

For the price, I'd stay away from this resort. Service is downright terrible. This is not clear at the website nor we were told during check in, but although the booking and the resort is supposedly managed by New Time, the apartments are privately owned. Upon arrival we received a run down room with a leaking toilet (yes, after each flushing, the waste would leak to the floor around it), broken toilet seat and non functioning air conditioner remote controller. We've contacted the reception requesting these issues to be fixed. They've sent someone from maintenance that could not fix the issues and only then we were told about the flat ownership and that these issues were responsibility of the flat owner. Though, they said they would contact him so maintenance could be provided. These issues were NEVER fixed. Room had other issues as well: furniture was old and damaged, terrible lighting, sliding doors that barely worked, old electrical installations with non-standard outlets, and non functioning lights, etc. Room is also sparsely and poorly cleaned – worsened by the fact that the toilet was leaking. Towels and bed linens were only changed at our request, four or five days after check-in, after contacting the property through Booking website, even though we've put the "PLEASE CLEAN ROOM" card at the door everyday. After contacting, the recurrence incresed By the way, contacting reception about cleaning is just as useless, as they state it's the flat owner's responsibility. The restaurant serves an OK breakfast and drinks, but meals are bad and expensive. Thankfully we didn't pay for the full meal service. Attendants are also not receptive.

Great pool, and it that’s it. Nothing else.

All the rest, when I arrived to the property and after a shower we have noticed the water was not flowing, we had to call the maintenance, making us to wait until fix, and a full bag of bad smell. Then was the air conditioning leaking like raining over the table. A very old refrigerator, even worst top cook. The breakfast was bad, and the staff was very unpleasant. For the Price, was my worst experience. The flat Owner, have no whishes To fix the problems in the property.
