The location, cleanliness and decor of the hotel was great. Equally the breakfast was very nice. You are able to order tapioca and eggs from the kitchen as well as help yourself to a wide range of items from a buffet. We had dinner at the restaurant one evening and the food is delicious. The service is attentive and warm. I would definitely recommend. The security is also very good.

The room has everything that you could want and is in keeping with the style of the hotel. The downside is that there is no view/balcony which made the room feel smaller. In addition, the breakfast was a little confusing. One member of staff was working and didn’t explain how it worked. She assumed we knew. On the first day we were given an afternoon tea style selection of food. On the second day we helped ourselves to a buffet. I had to ask for water and tea. It would have been helpful to have someone explain exactly what we were getting rather than have to ask.

Praya Vermelha is central and safe location, next to the beach and Yemanja (sea goddess) church. The room looks nice, is of fair size, comfortable bed. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Roof bar has aon the nice view and a good selection of drinks.

The only inconvenience for us was that no one in the hotel was speaking English, we had to use Google translator for check-in and check-out. Price is a bit too high in my personal opinion. Maybe this location is valued.

It’s a modern hotel that is professional and tidy. There is a rooftop pool with a fully functional bar. The breakfast is superb. Check in procedure is easy.

The first room we stayed had some issue so we had to move and we decided to upgrade to a better room. The price is obviously more expensive than the surrounding hotels. The parking is not free. Overall it is a good choice for someone want to experience a posh style.

Excellent breakfast- wow! Rooms were soo comfortable and massive TVs with Netflix. Bathroom amazing. I know a lot of people wanted windows but we appreciated escaping from the mosquitoes. Good security and treated guests like royalty. Cleaned rooms regularly. We got a deal but can be more expensive other nights- it is a 4 star hotel at the end of the day.

Pool shut on second day which was one of our favourite parts and they took sunbeds away. Not much service on roof top but messaged the reception via WhatsApp and they responded quickly.

The staff is very friendly and are really trying their best to make you feel at home. The art and design is what stood out for me the most. It's design, the music and the vibe give that holiday feeling. The breakfast is really nice - it is a set menu what kind of is presenting like a High Tea.. very fancy if that is your kind of thing. The hotel it is walking on distance to the beach, however I think that there are nicer looking beaches. Their is also a nice rooftop bar where you can enjoy dinner.

It's hard to communicate as staff members unfortunately do not speak English. However, with your phone and Google Translate you can do a lot. Unfortunately I didn't understand that there was maintenance in the kitchen and that a most items on their menu were not possible...I think they tried to communicate but I only found out that there was no more food coming after my first meal. Also the rooms are very small. However, if you don't stay in your room a lot it is doable.. I would definitely request the room with a window (my room was #9). Some rooms dont have a window which makes it feel even more small and quite humid.

Very cute decoration! Location is good too! You can walk to the main squares with bars and restaurants (just stay in the busy areas). Staff were very nice (just breakfast people that needs to smile and be nicer). I recommend it.

Excellent location - within walking distance to the beach and restaurants. Comfortable rooms - we're glad we paid extra for a room with a window. Diane in the breakfast room was so nice! Mahsu the concierge/security was also extremely kind and so very helpful.

it’s in the heart of Rio Vermelho neighborhood, which gave us amazing possibilities: restaurants, bars, gym and all you can wish for. The property itself it’s a true gem! Amazingly comfortable, great decoration and the best staff I’ve encountered in the last years in the hospitality industry! It truly felt like being home 🤍
