The location and its staff both contribute to ensuring a safe, enjoyable, and welcoming experience.

The building/rooms' structural maintenance has been neglected. There are small issues that a handyman could address on a daily basis, such as fixing the squeaking room closets hinges, curtain tracks, and terrace doors with WD40. Additionally, there is a table lamp without a wall plug to connect it and spare international converter plugs to accommodate USB cell phones/computers. These are all minor tasks that a daily handyman could easily take care of.

Its staff and service are excellent. 100% value for money. The location is excellent, that is, for those like me who enjoys staying in São Paulo city centre - Galeria do Rock, Farol Santander, the 'historical triangle', cultural centres, cafés - all within easy walking distance. Metro stations nearby. The buffet breakfast, lunch and dinner are very good.

The location is central. I liked that they have a restaurant that served buffet food for lunch and dinner.

Unfriendly receptionist. The receptionist could have told me that some elevators don't go to top floors. I had my boarding pass for the next morning flight in my passport (between the pages) when I gave my passport to the receptionist. However, when I got my passport back from him, the boarding pass wasn't there. When I told him it must've dropped on the floor or somewhere so if he could look, he refused to look.

Friendly staff. Rooms old... Beds and pillow low class. Old room. But for 199 reais per night double room is ok .. good location as in close to jardins.. paulista etc. But around the hotel cracolandia... Which is expanding in SP

Good location with reasonable price. Room is large and comfortable. Breakfast is good.

The entrance is in the corner of the building, can't see. Confirmed for late check out but the reception did not notice in the system, waist the time to remind because only one person in charge.

they dont speak that much english. Flush didnt work on our 21st night stay, but they rectified. We asked about nice shopping street, lady said none. But we found Sogo shopping plaza and it had nice shopping. So front desk should give information to international travelers what to visit etc.

Excellent Breakfast from 6 AM ! Hotel situated near Plaza República (Metro) and near Airport Shuttle. Supermarkets everywhere. Helpful staff 24 hours. Large rooms with good views.

I have lodged at San Raphael on other occasions, I love that hotel. It is cool, the employees are nice, the bed are great and the rooms and toilets are spacious.

Breakfast should be included in the discount and booking via this site.
