Good service for the price, clean, comfortable, safe (guard 24/7, additional door locks), spacey bathroom and shower, the guard was helpful

The recepcionist does not speak Spanish or even English - like none of the staff... a bit unbeliavable for me. The hotel is in the street where it is not very safe (definitely don't recommend to go out in the night), and is a bit noisy in the night. We had prepaid breakfast but they were not willing to give us a sandwich to the bag when we announced early check-out due to the early flight.

Very huge bedroom and bath room; breakfast is good; staff is friendly supportive, but only speak portueguese

The direct neighborhood is fine and there are some restaurants and bars very close-by; Praca Republica does not make a good impression especially at night, but the way to the metro is safe

It was a comfortable hotel, with helpful staff. At least one persoon. spoke English, rest of the staf not.

There was an irritating sound in the aurcondition, because of that I had bad nights. The reception would change me to another room. But when I came back in the room the sound was disapperared. Unfortunatelyin the night it started again.

I liked the location even though it’s considered in one of the sketchiest areas in Sao Paulo because of the large homeless people. it’s right downtown

Old and in dire need of renovations. I literally had to go back down to the reception each time I wanted to go back to my room as the key card kept demagnetising. They had loud noises every morning which disturbed my sleep. I guess they were doing the refurbishment I mentioned before.

Staff were very helpful despite not understanding or speaking English. My cards got declined and the staff was kind enough to help me exchange my money as it was at night. They even accompanied me until my Uber arrives

The towels have got a funky odour. The location of the hotel was kind of dodgy. Music was playing on the street till midnight

Great location, comfy, with good breakfast.

The surrounding area is a bit run down and full of homeless people, but there is hotel security at all times and police patrols during the day.

Breakfast was good, i enjoyed it. The stuff was friendly.

They had to change us two times of room. First room there was a leak, second room the AC didnt work properly.

Large room with effective A/C, hot shower, fridge, etc. Comfy and big bed. Breakfast was very very good for a relatively budget hotel. Location 2 minutes from a metro station.

Staff were excellent. Had a problem with my phone and needed to make a call and staff offered to use their personal phone when the hotel one didn’t work. Have booked to stay for 2 more nights.

Location is a little unsafe but fine

Staff let us check in early, breakfast was real good, staff was really caring about your safety as the area didn't seem too pleasant at the time (especially at night).
