I loved everything! Walking distance to the beach, malls and lots of shops and restaurants! Everything very clean, really nice staff, the breakfast omg it was amazing! I think it was one of the best hotel breakfast I’ve had so far. I will definitely go back next year.

Just wished I had a tub in my bathroom

Awesome location, friendly and helpful staff, awesome breakfast, free to use rooftop pool-jacuzzi (there's also a bar there, as there is on the 1st floor), a little gym free to use, vallet parking in front of the hotel (30 BR / day), big mall connected to the hotel and shops-restaurants all around. Very near to the beach. I really loved this hotel and when in Santos, i will come here again! Free coffee in the lobby. In terms of location, I would only choose one near the beach (such as this), because the beachfront is the prettiest part of Santos.

Wifi does not reach everywhere. First time we were on the 5th floor without wifi. We had another booking for 9th floor, where there was wifi. There is a good connection in the lobby and on rooftop.

The breakfast is very good, the bedroom is spacious , the swimming pool is warm and very good and the restaurant is very good and the prices is not so expensive

I can't buy a ice cream or eat on the restaurant and send the value to the room

Lovely hotel with excellent location amazing staff, and the best hotel breakfast we ever had, if you stay over the weekend on Saturdays they serve feijoada for lunch Wich is a must have! Would defenetly stay there again when we go back to santos!🥰

Excellent location, great facilities, good breakfast, professional friendly staff. Great coffee available 24/7! And incredible value for money.

Very minor things when all is considered: Staff in charge of breakfast room were not the most helpful or friendly. Prices of items in mini bar vastly inflated.

Rooftop pool was great, location great, breakfast great. Beds very comfortable.

Loud at night and could hear the pool above us and construction. Linens were clean and housekeeping did a great job to clean room. However, room was showing its age. Shower could use a deeper clean and room/hotel smelt of mold.

Swimming pool view was great Staff very helpful and friendly, in particular reception, restaurant and bell boy. Got the room a bit earlier, which was great

As expected the location is just across the beach, shopping center is just adjacent to the hotel building, and within the city center. Breakfast is good. The staffs are very helpful as well.

Internet connection is quiet slow in some area, I am not sure if it just in our room which in the 10th floor or if it is in the entire building

Room had a great view and overall the hotel seems very impressive. Spacious rooms and the restaurant/breakfasts were great! Nice touch with WhatsApp communication and information

Some of the TV functions didn’t work however only a very tiny detail in an overall fantastic stay

The hotel offers good facilities. The girl at the reception who checked us in was really nice and the personnel at the restaurant also.

The linen on the bed, it was polyester not cotton 😒 and the pillows were not comfortable
