The rooms were very clean, although a little small. The beds really were comfortable, and the mattress were great! The breakfast choice was better than the other hotels in the same category we visited during our trip, and all in all was really ok. Another plus point is the location: one of the most quiet suburbs of Sao Paulo.

One small Con of the hotel is that clearly not many tourists land here, so the staff generally doesn't speak English at all. This can make communication quite difficult at times, but all members of the crew were always polite and friendly and willing to try and help find a solution.

It's a budget hotel in a good safe location - not Sao Paulo. Rooms are smallish but well designed and comfortable and clean. Staff were polite, helpful and efficient. We were quite happy for a 4 day stay. Good price through Booking.com

It was a last minute reservation. Overall, it was great. The staff was incredibly courteous and helpful, the room was super clean, and the price was right. I just wish there were a microwave oven in the room.

The hotel has a very good structure however I think this is a bit overpriced considering that there is no breakfast included.
