Some of the staff were very friendly, but they don't speak English. Although they put effort to understand the guests and make sure we they provide what they need. The shower is good. They have some renovated suites and I got one of them. Bed is very comfortable, shower has a good pressure of water. Breakfast was very good including variety of fresh fruit, bread, juice. I loved the tapioca and pao de queijo.

They don't have outlet adapter, but they sell at very expensive price. I arrived at the hotel during the night and I have lots of bags, the staff of that shift didn't help us and told me some guest got the cart and haven't returned. I had to do two trips with my nails for my wedding not fully dry. But this situation happened just with 1 staff that was not very helpful only, The others were amazing

Room space is quite confortable. There is a small kitchen and a living area separated from the room and a balcony. The breakfast is Ok. Very silent during night. Good neighborhood.

The small kitchen space in the room is pretty good, bur that aren't any appliances, nor silverware, nor plates, nor glasses... In fact, kitchen was just a sink with some cabinets. Not useful at all. Not even glasses?

It was a pleasant experience staying at your hotel, I liked the breakfast, particularly the fact that you served sweet potatoes, but I recommend that you serve more locally produced food from the countryside instead of lots of bread, cheese and other sausages; I promise to return as soon as possible; Thank you very much;

Very good hotel, great location, very helpful staff, amazing breakfast, clean hotel, I felt at home!

In my opinion, if parking was charged for the total of two times I stayed, it would make entry and exit easier, and avoid having to use the card every day for payment, rating 5 for this process.

Well located, overall the property was very nice clean and the staff was great at the restaurant specially Mr Henrique!!! Every morning he made sure to take great care of us

The fact that we were 4days and 3 nights and the house keeper on the 4th floor didn’t clean our room… she barely made the beds and folded the towels. The floors and the bathroom were never cleaned!

I recently stayed in blue tree towers and it was beautiful experiences . From the moment I arrived, the staff was incredibly welcoming, ensuring a seamless check-in process. The room was clean and equipped with all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay.

The breakfast was very good, great assortment of things to eat. The location of the hotel was great, with great access to downtown Santo André, supermarkets, restaurants and bars...

The sofa was a little bit dirty, no microwave in the room.

I liked the accommodations, the staff was very friendly and helpful, the hotel locations was near stores, restaurants, public transportation and a shopping mall which made my stay more enjoyable.

The overall experience was very good.

It was wonderful. I Never see before a place like the Blue tree. The breakfast is really good, we saw how the employees care with Love of the hotel. The place is really clean and organized. Feel free to enjoin the same experience we had with Blue Tree Towers.

Stayed here a couple of times. Helpful and friendly staff. Breakfast is fresh and tasty. Walking distance from shopping mall and restaurants/bars. Paid parking available. Clean and tidy room on arrival, also a decent size with small balcony area.
