Breakfast Buffet is always one of the must have items when I book a room. Hotel location was equally important and your was close to everything I needed. Since I don’t often travel outside the US I don’t have many other’s to compare. I did like how quiet the room was, except for the church bells. Breakfast Location was good, # of food choices was average, quality seemed good.

The bedroom heater didn’t work and the one blanket was too thin. Once I got a thicker blanket, sleeping was much better. Heater in the main room worked, but wouldn’t shut off. Had to pull the plug once it got to a Comfortable temperature.

The female managers attitude when I asked if I can have a friend over. I was told rudely no, and after some questioning the answer changed to "it can only be an hour and if it is anything over that you will be charged". I would of preferred a simple explanation of why/why not and the matter would of been settled.

I always stay at the apartments . It’s well located and the service is very nice. There’s a nice pool and breakfast is decent .

The apartments are a little old and could use a bit of love! The furnitures seems to be very old and the tv is a little too small and dated .

Good location. Hotel Staff is friendly, especially Ricardo and Lester. Neat and clean hotel. Nice neighborhood. Local market is nearby.

Need to improve breakfast menu items on daily basis. Need to maintain swimming pool area. Need to improve Wi-Fi coverage and speed.

The behaviour of the staff and helpfulness

Property seems old.. coffee maker, slip-on shoes , other complementary items could have been added. A little variation in the daily breakfast would have been better.

The staff, they are the best… very caring, friendly and professional. They did all they can and more to keep us happy, safe and comfortable. This is my third stay in 6 years and I am always grateful.

Well, the Wifi was somewhat like my step mother - annoying - but it did work nevertheless so that’s nice.
