Big room Excellent breakfast. You can make espresso for breakfast which is not common in Brazil. Good location. There are different opinions on that matter in reviews, and the area is full of homeless and simply dubious people indeed. However, during my stay the police car was parked opposite the hotel so I felt safe even at dark. There are lots of Asian restaurants and takeaways nearby. There are two metro stations 10 minutes away from the hotel.

The room and facilities are old and need an upgrade. Not all receptionists speak English.

Friendly and helpful staff. Big room. Great breakfast. Dinner in restaurant was good, but could have more options of sauces, salads and more.

Nothing the hotel can do, and I felt safe inside, but the location is at the border to cracolandia, and there was a lot of homeless and drug addicts outside. During the day it's relatively safe, but you can't walk outside after dark. Taxi or Uber is the only option to leave the hotel at night.

The Breakfast and food from the restaurant was excellent. The location to the sporting event that I was attending was good. I had no idea Sau Paulo was crime city, I heard gunshots at night and there where lots of homeless people on the streets. I felt safe in the Hotel however.

The breakfast was absolutely wonderful. The front desk folks were very helpful in helping us and answering our questions given that we didn't speak much Portuguese.

Good hotel for the price. Very convenient to the Pinacoteca Museum and Sala Sao Paulo. Just opposite Parque Jardim da Luz. Near Luz Station for metro and rail. Staff helpful and pleasant. Big bed in big room.

Not a great area - many homeless people. I walked around...even at night...and nothing happened. Care required. Taxi and Uber easy to find.

Spacious room as always, nice strong shower, comfortable bed! Staff is kind and accommodating to personal requests, very grateful for that!

Needs a facelift! TV is too small. Internet is terrible. Breakfast is meager and needs improvement for this standard of hotel and price. Furniture and A/C all need to be updated.

The AC never got cold. It's either too small for the room or it hasn't been serviced in a while.
