Affordable clean room, strategic location, polite and helpful staff, good boufe breakfast, good security.

The location, it's filled with addicts and small time thugs. Cannot roam around in front of the hotel. Always have to book a cab to and from the hotel. The entrance is on a bike route, thus there's always the possibility of snatching your valuables. Be very careful with your mobile on hand.

The room was like an apartment. Very spacious. A living room area which was large, bathroom and large bedroom with ensuite bathroom. It was quiet and I had asked for a quiet room. The guys that greeted me and Maresa were very friendly.

The bathroom had one small soap. The ensuite had no soap/shampoo. On the second day I asked at reception and they said I needed a bathroom kit. The receptionist took notes or rang someone but I never received the kit and ended up washing my hair with the small soap bar. Some of the other staff could be friendlier.

Others have commented that the location is not safe, but we've never had an issue. Just don't flaunt your wealth under the noses of those with less. Central and within walking distance to many of the sights. Breakfast was good. Room large and quiet with comfortable bed and good AC. Staff were very friendly.

The apartment and the bed was ok for the money. The staff was friendly and helpful. If you are on the budget, it would be a good option.

There were two lifts, both very old and super slow. For the size of the hotel I would say it’s not enough. The hotel is located in the middle of town, so even though is quite handy to go everywhere, You gotta be very careful. The area isn’t safe at all, you gotta watch out when walking around this area!

Very central location, really good breakfast and nice staff. It's a great base for exploring the old town, there are many restaurants and attractions within short walking distance. The room size is quite decent as well. Excellent value for money.

There is just one lift and there are over 20 floors, you often had to queue for a while during busy times. The sink tap made a loud noise when turning on the water, I could hear it from other rooms as well. :) The wifi signal is very weak, it barely works.

I liked everything, quite comfortable, convenient, the hotel is located in the center. From a tourist point of view, a convenient location, many interesting objects and attractions not far or right next to the hotel

I don't like that there some homeless and suspicious persons scurry around the streets, but it is the problem of the center of Sao Paulo, you should be ready for it. It's far not favorite place of mine, the center of Sao Paulo. Though the hotel is very good!

Great for the price, the breakfast was good. Clean spacious room, one of the most amazing view of the Sao Paolo downtown. I would recommend it. Location was very central for tourist.

The hotel was a bit too crowded, so the breakfast was packed. The neighborhood was a bit gritty, ok for me, but not probably safe for others.

Excellent price. Excellent location. Confortable room with a decent size. Good shower with free items (shampoo, soap, towel, etc). Clean room. Good air conditioner. Nice and careful staff. Good breakfast. There is room service if you wish.

The TVs are kinda old (can't use Netflix, just the Cable TV). The wi-fi is slow. The elevator often takes a long time to reach your floor. Big queue for the check-in. Can be exhausting if you just arrived and are tired.
