- very clean - great ac - perfect wifi - helpful staff and easy check in - secure gates - has great amenities (pool, gym and laundry) - good location during the day (but unsafe at night)

I have stayed here several times. The location near the main train station is ideal for anyone who used the subway and trains. The location is a bit unsafe at night. It is not recommended to walk around a lot at night. But, during the day, it's very safe. In the evening, the short walk to the metro is also very safe. I love this place because it's location is unbeatable for getting around all parts of the city. I also think the center of São Paulo has interesting street art, restaurants and architecture. The price/value factor of the apartment is unbeatable in São Paulo.

The building is modern and comfortable. But it's not as nice as some of the other Setin / 360 Suites properties. The beds are not as new. But I can't complain really. For the price, it is a great place. If you don't speak Portuguese, you might want to stay in a safer neighborhood. The city center is full of homeless people. It's not for everyone.

-entering the building was very difficult because they take your fingerprint as a key but it did never work for us for some reason so we spent a lot of time at the security gate trying to retake our fingerprint. -sewage smell in the bathroom &room -more blankets would have been nice

The apartment had some maintenance issues, that were not addressed, but it didn’t compromised my stay

The apartment in general was comfortable. The support line was quick to answer me. The checking process was very smooth. the price was ok for what they deliver.

Although they charge you 15$ for cleaning, I found the apartment dirty. Had to call the support line which sent the cleaning team in a few hours. The toilet ventilator system wasn't working, I've mentioned also it to the support line and they promise to fix it but they didn't.

staff was accommodating and helpful. room has everything i needed.
