Location is kinda bad, but there is security outside at all times. The rooms are very clean and comfortable and the staff are very attentive and kind. Higher floors where I stayed are pretty quiet. Breakfast has plenty options.

Only region where the hotel is located. Though in central area and of easy access, not the best neighborhood.

Ihad to wait at the reception due to my schedule was not ready, that was after 14 p.m. My shower wasn't work on Sunday, the hot water was weak and cold.

Security is high due to continuous presence of policemen. Coffee machine 24h/7 Good staff speaking English

Formerly, breakfast used to be “tasty”.. Fast elevators

As for location, no way..almost all brazilian cities are ugly and shabby Only a few TV channels .. TV set poor definition

I loved the breakfast and the location was an easy walking distance to interesting sites.

Please fix the light in the lobby!
