I loved the customer service I received from all of the employees. On the night I checked in, I had paid reservations at another location, but the renter did not fulfill the contract agreement. So, I went to the Blue Tree Premium at the last minute, and although there were no rooms available, the gentlemen who assisted me that night went above and beyond to ensure I could sleep in a bed that night as it was already close to midnight. He was very compassionate and sincerely interested in helping, which he did. I wish I could remember his name...

Everything was excellent, I just wished there was a Nespresso coffee maker in the room.

The location is very conenient, and my room faces away from the street so it's quiet. Room is spacious and staff is very friendly and helpful. Room also has a good view.

Everything was great except for the inconvenient timing that though my room faced the back which is more quiet, there happened to be some type of construction/hammering noise above my room that was went on pretty much nonstop during the day until I called reception at around 10pm and they helped make the noise stop.

Great location, room was very comfy, breakfast was well served, pool was working. Service in the desk and check in were outstanding. Employees were gentle, friendly, doing more than was needed. a big cheers for them.

Furniture was outdated in the rooms, which did not match much with the essence of the hotel. At the bar, the employee working there did not show much of experience making drinks. That was a down size because we received friends in the lobby.

The staff on reception and the bar were outstanding. The service from the start to the end of our weekend delivered every time. Classic Brazilian hospitality and a beautiful luxurious hotel. The included breakfast was fantastic too!

A little noisy with airplanes and building alarms because of the location but nothing unbearable.

Good breakfast, very nice view from the terrace and also from the Windows of the room. Nice personal. Clean room and large. Very good location.

Still, the room was not like în the pictures. Very very small pool.

The window glazing meant that I heard all flights and helicopters. Could do with triple glazing but it did not take away from how good the stay was.

I used to stay there on a regular basis some 20 years ago and it still is up-to-date, clean, modern and very comfortable. if the rates remain attractive I will be using it more often in the future.

The breakfast was very luscious and with a wide array of options. And even though the quantity was exhuberant, the taste was perfectly adequate.

I think the communication with the client could be slightly enhanced. It was a bit slow to have the confirmation of the reservation. I think a Whatsapp option could make things faster.

Really liked the rooms from the 20th floor up, nice and spacious.

As a foreigner, it would be good to have a kettle in the rooms for hot drinks, small selection of coffee and teas on offer.

The location is spectacular. Right in the center of the financial district. Some good food around and a great opportunity to rent bicycles and ride around the city.

Nothing to complain about, really.
