Nice neighbourhood, the location is really good. Close to metro / easy to get around with uber. The breakfast is really nice and so is the restaurant, where you can enjoy amazing food. The staff is nice and friendly, however be prepared that english is not well spoken.
We had some issues with the bathroom, the toilet did not flush and only had hot water - after some miscommunication with the staff eventually it was solved, thank you for that.

Location is great, breakfast also Rooms are big, we did not have problem with noise from outside or within hotel Metro station is close and Avenida Paulista just arround corner Ibirapuera park can be reached on foot in 25min
Hotel need renovation, and room could have more small details. But that is not significant

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Great location next to the Av. Paulista. Breakfast was amazing with a variety of food options and even had a coffee capsule machine.
Elevator was a little bit scary due to its door opening style. Bed was doing an annoying noise. You could hear outside noise from bars music around, but that didn't bother me.

Excellent location. Spacious.
Not very soundproof. Could hear everything from outside. No blackout curtains. No way to keep it dark to sleep.
