We stayed for four nights and loved everything about the hotel – the location, facilities, cleanliness, and food. We will definitely stay again if we visit São Paulo. My husband had a birthday during our stay, and the staff surprised him with a super fresh and delicious cake. They set up the table and added a sparkling candle to make it even more special. We will never forget the hotel’s hospitality

It’s really hard to criticize anything as we truly enjoyed the hotel and everything around it. If I had to be pedantic, I would suggest adding some kind of mesh to cover the fresh buffet, as flies kept flying around, which made it unappealing. We ended up ordering a freshly cooked breakfast because of that.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. It is centrally located, making it incredibly convenient for exploring the city, with easy access to key attractions, restaurants, and public transportation. The rooms are impressively spacious, providing plenty of comfort and room to unwind after a long day. One of the highlights of my stay was how exceptionally quiet the rooms were, ensuring a peaceful and restful night’s sleep without any disturbances. The overall atmosphere of the hotel is welcoming, and the staff is friendly and attentive, always ready to assist with any requests. Breakfast was just amazing so much choice of fresh fruit and we had the best eggs Benedict just perfection one of the best breakfasts during our South American trip the staff were helpful and friendly the room was great bed was comfortable sleeping 💤 was ace within walking distance of the MASP Art 🖼️ installation that was worth every penny we also went on a City tour booked at the hotel that was excellent went to Batman street the Cathedral and much more was a little pricey but you only visit places this far away from England once just wonderful Maria & Shaun xxx

The hotel really was perfect!!!

This is not a hotel, it is home away from home! Facilities are great, staff are exceptional - from front of house to the restaurant staff. The location is central and although in the middle of the city, the noise levels were kept at a minimum to ensure a good night's rest. Room service was quick and painless.

The only thing I would like to mention is that the drains in the main bathroom did not allow for water to subside quickly, hence some showering in standing water. This can be fixed easily and quickly and did not take away from our excellent overall experience.

It was our first time staying at this hotel and we loved it! It's very well located, as it's within walking distance of MASP and Oscar Freire. The hotel is beautiful, the rooms are very spacious and clean. The bathroom is very big and has amazing lighting. Breakfast is amazing, with buffet and cooked breakfast options. The staff goes above and beyond to help with whatever we need. Next time we're in São Paulo we're staying at Porto Bay for sure!

Breakfast was amazing, the main server remembered our names, there was free flowing coffee, an incredible buffet (including sparkling wine!) and delicious dishes made to order. Great location right beside avenida Paulista. Everything clean and in great condition. Lovely small touches like a turndown service, friendly doormen and a bowl of fresh apples in the lobby. Nice little pool with a roof that opens up. Felt extremely safe, comfortable and well looked-after.

Great staff that were welcoming and very accommodating. Fluent in English and Portuguese. Incredible breakfast that alone would probably inspire me to stay there again. Really a standout and a testament to the high quality , classical hotel atmosphere and experience. Very central and just off Avenida Paulista.

Can be a bit difficult to get to hotel during Sundays when the main avenue is closed for pedestrians

The personnel was very friendly and helpful (from the housekeeping, front desk, concierge, waiters etc). You deserve your 5 stars for this level of Service. The room was super comfortable (I have taken a pic of the pillow to get the brand), with a nice view. The breakfast was excellent with a large choice of fresh products. All this 2 minutes away from Paulista Avenue

Connecting the TV with my phone was a bit complicated. Maybe give the smart TV adapter the number if the room to help choosing the right device to associate :)

This property is as good as described. Everything—the staff, the breakfast, the Japanese jacuzzis, the rooms—was exceptional. We felt incredibly safe and cared for, and the team went above and beyond to answer all of our questions. We ate at the bar twice and enjoyed the burrata and picanha. I highly recommend L'hotel and hope to return in the future.

The wifi was fickle and inconsistent :/

L'Hotel Porto Bay, is so fabulous with high level standard. The breakfast, dinner was great with everything and more. The chef knows how to prepare exquisite cuisine. The hotel treats every guest like it's a 6 star, if there's such, with royalty;they go the extra mile to please guests. They even assisted with resolving a matter with a shuttle service that wanted to double charge us. They are so accommodating even with the language barrier, one still feels at home. It is indeed a home away from home.
