Amazing location with great view. Clean and spacious rooms for good value.

Excellent location, 1 block from Paulista Avenue, where you can find shopping malls, restaurants, coffee shops, stores, and more. Very nice staff. The apartment is big, with a kitchen with frigobar and stove, and the bathroom has a big bathtub for a relaxing bath followed by a shower. There is a warm swimming pool with a panoramic view of Sao Paulo in the last floor. There we can relax in comfortable chairs too.

The beds (in my appartment specifically) were not very comfortable, the mattress and pillows could be replaced. Also, one of the beds' foot was loose and we had to fix it ourselves because it was too late to have a maintenance person there. Everything was very clean, but some items seem too old, they could be renewed in my opinion.

The building is beautiful and the location is excellent. The room was good - clean, quiet and spacious. Nice clean and working spa in the bathroom was fun. The breakfast was good, somehow repetitive.

Some refurbishment is necessary but not an issue for us. The kitchen has no plates or dishes, so is somehow useless, but with the good breakfast and all the food options in the area, I found no need to make food in the room.

Location - is good, just 2 mins from Av Paulista, shopping malls, restaurants everything nearby! Breakfast - Perfect! Exceeded my expectations! Room - Spacious, Superb City view from the balcony. Furniture is old and cupboard not so in good condition, that's the only minus point about the room.

The view. I haven't been to all São Paulo, but, oh boy, what a view I had! I would say, that I had the most amazing one :) I had an apartment to the side where bellow was some villas. So it provided space (had no direct neighbor's in my window) to see really far away. :) Breakfast was ok. The first day they had no warm food, like omelette (waited 30min, but they didn't provide it). But for the next days they had it (maybe it was due to busy hours, and if you go near closing time, you have more chances to get warm meal, as silly as it sounds). Actually the apartment looked better than in pictures.

there are no dishes in the kitchen, no cofee machine, etc. which makes meaningless to have whole kotchen, oven, etc.

Lounge area and pool closes mid week during the day which is inconvenient if you have kids
