The building’s history alone is amazing, it was great to return to that same location in Brazil after years and see great improvement and how they kept the original structure while adding some amazing architecture features in the middle of the city. Staff is very friendly and not over the top.

The hotel didn’t feel very pedestrian friendly, to go in and out on foot you have to walk pass right next to a line of cars coming in the valet line driveway since there is no designated sidewalk or path. During peak hours like weekend evenings the car lines can be long from non-guests dining in the hotel amazing restaurants, so we asked to be dropped off outside of the hotel and walk in. This is a city hotel in an classic São Paulo area, being able to access the streets is a huge plus in my personal opinion, but I understand in a high end hotel like this guests may prefer leaving and arriving in a car.

The staff are amazing, they went above and beyond for me during this trip. They recommended amazing restaurants, sourced a guide for our excursions and were 10/10 throughout our stay. We extended our stay because of the brilliant hospitality. The food was excellent, healthy and fresh. Breakfast was brilliant. The view from Our room was stunning. We had two rooms and a part of the corridor was sectioned off with an additional door which allowed us to leave our rooms open and have the main corridor door locked which was an amazing added touch. We got goodies and snacks sent to our room daily and the beach service was also useful. I will definitely return.

There's no other place to stay in Sao Paulo! This is the best hotel. I've been fortunate to have a chance to stay in many hotels around the world but this is so far the best. The quality , the service, the food , the space ! Everything makes this hotel very special. I've stayed there many times and it's always difficult to leave the place. Massive thanks for helping me celebrate my birthday with some brazilian brigadeiros and a beautiful view of the garden! I can't wait to be back. Thanks Rosewood

This was a return visit to the Rosewood based on our previous experience. Everything about this place ticks all the boxes. Beautiful rooms, great attention to detail, pet friendly, nice restaurants.

There were some renovations going on so the breakfast area looked smaller than last time we visited and we had breakfast in the restaurant rather than in the main lobby area. Our eggs were served cold so we asked for them to be a bit hotter but on second attempt they were also cold. The staff was apologetic but it would have been a very simple thing to get right.

Excellent room comfort, high level service, high quality facilities.

Trying too hard to be a hipster place instead of a professionally-managed luxury hotel. Loud music everywhere, very tiring, especially at the pool. Hard to relax when you feel like you're in a nightclub. Could hear inside the room the music from the corridor, in the middle of the night! Had to complain and it was turned down.The service in the restaurants was a bit below the level you'd expect for a luxury hotel, but the food is wholesome, inventive, and pleasing overall.

It is a stunning hotel with excellent staff. From the bell door, front desk to the restaurant and housekeepers. Everyone so friendly and helpful. The facilities are amazing, the food at the restaurants are worth trying ( specially at Taraz and Blaise). This is a hotel to go and stay there relaxing and enjoying every part of the stay. We didnt wanna leave. And could of stayed for a whole week.

The only thing that let us down was the breakfast and the shower and aircon. The breakfast wasn’t very good and you have to pay for it. For the price it was not worth at all. I hope we were just not lucky. But my breads were off, pancakes were But the other days we had breakfast in different places in SP. The shower is not too hot and we had to play around to get a warm temperature every-time. The aircon was min 19 degrees, for us that feel too hot wasnt too good. These were minors that wont stop us to come back. But could improve.

The rosewood is one of my favourite hotel, i was surprised of the artistic design on this hotel which i love. The crystal relax room is my favourite. Pool area is fun to be and they have few private cabana and they offer hookah smoking service which was great. The room overal was great. The breakfast in room service was delicious.

Too many unnecessary standing bodyguards security every corner of the hotel, which make the place look like a cheap casino, and they make the guest uncomfortable.

Very good hotel. Good staff. Breakfast is good in terms of quality, but the restaurant service leaves a bit to be desired. It seems like there aren’t enough waiters, and the restaurant is always crowded with non-guests, which makes the service slow.

I didn't like the food and beverage prices at the hotel. A Coke costs 25 reais, and a bottle of water is 20 reais. It feels like the prices were simply converted from dollars to reais.

The owner of Rosewood is French and he smokes cigarettes all the time in an area that is not meant for him to smoke. He is arrogant and doesn't care if he loses customers or not. I found it super disrespectful of him, he keeps smoking and the ones who have to move are the customers who pay him to get rich. Absurd!

It has great amenities and ambience, good price and offers you good restaurants. Overall good experience.

The first night I stayed there was a wedding at the church that partied all night, couldn’t sleep well and when I woke up to go have coffee some drunk people from the parties where in the halls yelling. It’s fine, wasn’t an issue but a bit of an annoyance.
