Nice clean room, breakfast was ok, efficient check in / out, good location

When I arrived the lady who checked me in didn’t say anything (literally nothing, not even hello) until she handed me my card and then she said my room number (and that was it). This was a pretty awful first impression and I didn’t feel welcome at all! I had to come back down and ask someone else when breakfast etc was 😅 the lady who did check out was much friendlier, but wow. Not what you expect from a 4 star!

Good location, one block away from Paulista Avenue and walking distance to two different subway lines (green and yellow). Friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast well served and with a good variety of options.

Very unstable shower. After opening it and have it on the desired temperature, it would from time to time get colder, and then warmer again, and then cold. Had that behavior in the morning, so maybe connected to how many people are using the shower at the same time.

Safe, clean, good location, overall good value. The bell staff are also really helpful with your bags.

No iron available in every room. Had to call each time I wanted to iron. I don’t think it’s true 4 star hotel, I would probably give it 3 stars.

Great location, wonderful breakfast, staff very helpful. They let us check our bags at the front desk until our room was ready and also after checkout, as we wanted to stay in the area and have lunch before heading to our next destination. They also set up a private 4 hour tour of Sao Paulo at a very reasonable price. Our driver/tour guide was really nice and took us to all kinds of interesting places!

Strange plumbing noises (loud knocking sounds in the walls) everytime we flushed the toilet, water temperature in shower would change without notice from warm to cool and back. Street sounds at night were pretty loud, even on the 7th floor. Safe in the room wouldn't lock. The furniture in the lobby needed to be reupholstered, looked very worn.

The front desk team was great. Kudos to Daniel in the front desk. He greeted me by name every time he saw me and asked if they could make my stay more enjoyable. Daniel made me feel at home.

Air conditioning was not working and so we were able to switch rooms after the first night. Tripping hazard between bedroom floor into bathroom floor; confusion as to whether I had paid for breakfast or not. I think I paid for breakfast on some rooms and not others. more if a problem with booking.com and not with hotel itself.

The light from the hallway enters the room through the bottom of the door. I had to ask for a large towel to cover it and keep the light out of the room.

The breakfast was good and the staff were knowledgeable and friendly. The room had everything I needed and was clean.

The hot water faucet in the bathroom sink did not function properly--just spun without turning on the water.
