Lovely stay! The apartment has all the essentials, great air conditioning unit, comfortable bed, full fridge, coffee maker, nice decoration. The staff is next-level friendly and nice. We appreciated the location, on a quiet street, but close to everything.

the bedding was very clean, but a bit awkward, as the bottom sheet wasn't fitted and only covered the top of the mattress. Not a big deal though.

The staff were great, super friendly and helpful! Thanks, Ju and Seu Umberto. The room was great but unfortunately, the water and air conditioning stopped working on the second day, so we had to change to another room that was not as good.

Super easy communication with the staff online and at the building. And the apartment is very new and confortable. The shower was great.

I would add a vending machine to the building so you can easily buy water and other things late at night.

They did not put a toaster in room like last time I stayed - took them 2 days to repair toilet so had to move temporarily so borrowed the toaster and coffee machine from that room as they did not help

Nice bed, good staff in the reception, close to Avenida Paulista and had iron and blowdryer. Could go back again.

Our first room had wet towels and our second had bad lightning that never got fixed. I totaly understand that they can't but good to know if you like us had a late flight is that the reception has no room to store your luggage.
