Amazing location and an even better building, which benefits from a unique archtecture giving it a very dramatic atmosphere. Lovely staff throughout the hotel, good room services and jaw-dropping views from the large bedrooms (I recommend booking one with city views). Delicious breakfast with multiple options. This really felt like a special stay in a unique hotel, which we'd hapilly visit again.

Limited space around the swimming pool, which also has limited direct sun exposure.

Location was good in Jardines.The Hotel itself has a high rating. The service from the lobby was excellent.

The food was not polished as it could be. Not even plated silver, cheap “ Silverware “ a fine establishment like the Tivoli, requires better silverware. Food was also mediocre, for a high end establishment. I can make a better Tatar poor ice cream quality for Brasil too. There were several items that could be much better considering the price. I will go back to the Renaissance thr next time.

Room and location were perfect. Breakfast was great too but would be better with breakfast sausages instead of hotdog sausages.

I was using my mobile in front of the hotel and was advised to keep it hidden otherwise it would certainly be stollen. But this is not related to the hotel and more general security, I guess

The location is great, just in the heart of Sao Paulo and Paulista Avenue. The staff were extremely attentive. Breakfast was great with so many options.

The hotel is too overpriced. The restaurant is good, but also too overpriced. Really bad value for money relation. Also, the bathroom had some details in finishing and so the walls in the room. Remote control for TV didn't work. I had to stand from the bed and go really in front of TV to make it work.

Really nice breakfast setup and variety. The break selection could get freshened up a bit every day.

Nothing to object. The rooms are large, comfrotable and in great shape. The fitness center is very nice and well appointed.

Very good hotel, good location (Jardins), excellent chef / food, nice rooms with views. The ‘Seen’ bar/restaurant on 23 is excellent.

The service quality was poor in our experience. I think its 80% language (we did not speak Portuguese). The pool is somewhat ‘hidden’ from the sun. We were there during carnival when our ‘neighbours’ decided to party yo 6:30am. Not ideal but management moved us far away for the rest of our stay. Fair enough.

The receptionst who checked me in and out was awesome, super friendly. I like the spacious rooms and the bar by the pool. I also thought it was easy to walk to places from the hotel.

Nothing to observe

All was good although there was some confusion about the bill. hope it is resolved but I will not know until I get all the credit card bills.

Food from the restaurant can take some time depending on the day.
