The most important is the customer support. They are very helpful. I traveled from Detroit to Brazil about 18 hours flight and they granted my check in earlier without problem. The Suite is very comfy, everything is like new and super well maintained. I really recommend.

Just one downside (not for this property). The street Pamplona Avenue don’t have a decent sidewalk for a people with bags. The sidewalk on both sides of the street is very tiny, irregular and with high inclination. Think twice if you desire to use underground transportation locate at Avenida Paulista, better call a Uber driver.

Perfect location, the apartment was new, clean and with kitchen utensils. The common areas were all great (a washer and dryer, small gym, coworking space and a small market to buy some necessities/drinks), which was convenient when staying for an extended period of time. I've been to many short stays studio apartments and this one was the best. I'll definitely stay there again

Very convenient location. Comfortable room, all good. Some good local restaurants nearby, also supermarkets with fresh fruit and gluten free bread

Some issues with the hi-tech access procedures - face recognition worked on day 1 but I had to re-register on day 2 as it had stopped working. Main interface was with a chatbot - there were people around but no-one in reception.

the location was fantastic, the room was clean and had everything we needed. I enjoyed the face scan to unlock the entry but it took some getting used to. We were able to walk around to everything we wanted, so the room was ideal if you don't need a lot of amenities at the property itself.

there was construction next door, it cant be helped. The room was actually quite small, we don't spend much time there but for a bigger guy the bathroom is almost unusable. I could barely fit in or dry myself standing in there. We already knew it was quite small so it didn't bother us. The aircon struggled a bit to keep the room cold, it's a small unit but again it didn't make a huge difference, just finding small things we noticed.

there was no actual key, access was via face recognition which proved a little unreliable. not a major issue and a chat bot seemed able to resolve most of our questions. but i am old school and prefer an actual key

Good location, easy access to the nice areas of São Paulo and close to the Paulista Avenue.

Some furniture needs some attention, the sofa had some marks in the them and they could be easily cleaned. The mattress in the double room was clearly dirty and needed some cleaning, someone has clearly dripped a whole cup of coffee and the stains were quite bad.

Very clean, great location and response time for service inquiries. Very clean and solid amenities.

Washer and dryer are run via an app. Unfortunately the app is not available for users from other regions of the world, and so I could not do my laundry.

Everything was great, a little bit small, but cozy and comfortable. Location is amazing. New building. Customer service is prompt and helpful.

The fact that everything has to be done with a chat mostly with an AI agent. Spent too much time repeating in the chat. It was frustrating
