The people working there were excellent - friendly, helpful and professional. The location was great. It might not seem important, but the elevators were fast! The room was very clean and the window opened, which I love. The salmon in the restaurant was really good! I like that they didn’t have plastic water bottles.

We were told it was better not to drink the tap water, but there was no complimentary water at all - not even to start up. There was water in the mini bar and in the lobby, but it was all for sale. The room was relatively small, and there was no view at all - the small window looked out on the wall of the building next door.

Staff needs more training for better customer service. Language problem for only 2 employees speak English. They need lots of improvements but the worse was: Bed was very Uncomfortable, worned down that I had to request for another room, a better bed that's acceptable for a supposedly a nice, expensive hotel ad this one.

My request for early check-in, which was previously confirmED was not honored and not implemented when I got there. So, I had to wait 8 hours to finally get a room and be officially checked in. What is the purpose of having a confirmation of accommodation if it is not implemented, especially that I have traveled allnight.

The hotel is in a very good location: safe, quite, and convenient to many restaurants/eateries. Walking distances to metro/bus stations, a major shopping center, and the art museum. The staff are very nice. The bedding is very comfortable and room is clean. Breakfast is good. Wifi works well. We liked it so much that we came back to stay here again two weeks after our first stay.

A very nice hotel in a neighbourhood which was safe to walk in during the day, taking the necessary precautions,with a restaurant, shopping mall and other shops nearby. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful.

Unfortunately, the two lifts for guests were out of order, but at least there was the service lift that could be used. The shower was very nice and big, but perhaps an optional shower mat would have been nice, to feel safe from slipping while showering.

You have a very nice spot, close to the Avenida Paulista. There are also 2 shopping malls close by and the entrance of the metro. Breakfast was included and it was very nice.

SP is a nice city during the day. At night it does not feel safe, but is not fault of the hotel. Take that into consideration if you are walking back to the hotel at night.

The location was excellent, within walking distance of the Avenida Paulista and the Botanical Gardens. The neighbourhood felt safe and was quiet at night. Breakfast was very good with a variety of food to choose from and the dining room opened onto a lovely little outdoor courtyard.

The room was very small but since we didn't spend much time in the room, it didn't really matter to us.

Good hotel with a comfy bed. Located in a great location also it's in a residential area so not very noisy but is close to all the main attractions. Also a very safe location and you can walk around even at night. Had a safe so you could leave all your valuables in. The breakfast was good and had a good selection.

Nothing much. Just the parking is a bit on the expensive side and could give some discount for the guests.

The location is perfect. Walking distance to Paulista Avenue and many shops and restaurants around! The room was super clean and not as loud as other places we stayed in São Paulo. The staff were super friendly and helpful. The only downside was the size of our room, a bit too small for a couple. Therefore, I believe a bit too expensive for the offer.

The upholstered headboard of the bed had a moldy smell. The housekeepers started working early in the day and made a lot of noise while moving around the corridors. This wasn't a work trip for me, so I would appreciate being able to sleep in a bit longer.

Location is nice. The room is well furnished with working table, confortable bed and nice shower. Breakfast carefully prepared, with many and diverse options. The staff is friendly, attentive and helpful.

The climatization never worked propelly. Either because the room temperature was always higher than the expected or because the air conditioner unit wet the bedroom floor. There was only one elevator working.
