Love the security of the property and room, the convenience to grab a coffee downstairs, and kitchen facilities to make tea or heat up food

It was difficult to check-in at first, it wasn’t clear that you needed to inform the virtual receptionist of your arrival and provide them with your passport number, they also don’t speak any English so this was difficult and even after the registration the access didn’t work very well. I had to wait around for people to let me in and out and eventually I was late for my appointment so this was a bit inconvenient.

They have to improve the code face system it is a disaster . I had the feeling that sometimes they were doing it in purpose . The staff sometimes look lazy to conveniently do there job . It s happened more when you are already there and you want to extend your stay . I will not recommend this place to someone else just for this .

NEXT is ideal for travelers who like high quality for a reasonable price. Their amenities, including laundry, a ‘convenience store’ and doors that opened with facial recognition, were all very appreciated! The staff is welcoming and helpful with anything needed. The room is very well equipped as well and it made for a very cozy stay with cozy furnishings!

It is close to the Avenida Paulista, i.e. a good starting point for trips, and also safe. There is a small self-service store for snacks. The co-working space is spacious. The internet worked well. There is a café in the building, which is very convenient to have your morning coffee ;)

Location, safety, new building, easy access with facial recognition (make sur enough send them the passport photo without glasses and clear background, not selfie on a beach for example), kitchen, public washer/dryer, gym.

Could be cleaner. Pieces of hair and dust in some parts of the room. Bed wasn’t really comfy. But for the price we gave this property a solid 9.

Location was good . I really appreciated that they allowed us the check in before time . Communication was very good . We had a little problem with the ac and they fixed it fast . No noise .

The property uses photo recognition to get in and out of the building. this did not work on my last day and it took a long time to get in and out which made popping out for morning coffee into an hour long affair. this was a bad end to an otherwise great stay

The location was great and the apartment building is very nice I enjoyed my stay here the only problem was a facial recognition to get into the door I'm not too apt on these modern Technologies

I wasn't too happy with the entrance and the Locking System on the place otherwise everything was super nice simple and effective

The property had ample space and had room to do work and cook. It was also close to many cafes and nice shops! When we had issues, the staff were really quick to help with our problems.

Great location with all needed provided in the apartment!
