It was awful.

We were arriving in the morning on Friday, so we paid for Thursday night as well so we could check in straight away. We called and messaged the property for 3 hours with no answer. My partner messaged them from her phone and they responded to her because they didn’t realise her number was related to our booking, and then stopped responding when they realised, and continued not to respond to me. When we finally made it into the room, the coffee machine didn’t work (the plug was the wrong voltage for every power outlet in the room), there were no toiletries or hand soap, and no bags in the bins. There was no sheet to cover the mattress, there were stains on the blanket and towels, and we had to ask for them to send new ones, and we had to change the bed ourselves and didn’t use the blanket. There was hair on the floor and the place was unclean in general. Would not recommend.

The online check in took 3 hours waiting in the lobby of the hotel/hostel. The people at the front desk didn’t know how to get in touch with whoever was supposed to check my Booking. The What’sApp people took my passport picture and my confirmation number said hello and didn’t respond for hours.

It was so Noisy from traffic day and night. Rooms aren’t nice.
