Nice to return to an old favourite in SP, even though it's under new ownership and a new name. As a Dutchman I do miss the tulips :) Love the location in upscale Jardins, with plenty of cozy restaurants around. The rooms are well appointed, but could do with a luggage supporter. The semi kitchen could do with some utensils.

Restaurant (except for breakfast) and swimming pool were not in use. Repair works are necessary in a hotel, but to give no warning or compensation when such works are done most of the day on the next floor (drilling, hammering) makes for a very unpleasant experience when trying to catch up on sleep and or working in the room..Changing rooms was suggested but is a inconvenient option. WiFi not very strong.

The location and the room was good . Also the breakfast was really good

There are no kettle and coffee in the room . The only way to have a coffee need to ordered When I asked about kettle they told me this is only for VIP room which can’t understand how the kettle make the room VIP

The staff (especially Marcos at the front desk) was extremely accommodating, patient, and helpful. The hotel is in a nice location, offers nice amenities, and has a good breakfast each morning. The shower in the room was very good quality.

The location is perfect! Close to the Paulista Avenue, convenience store, drugstore and a variety of restaurants right on the corner. The staff is welcoming, helpful and friendly. The hotel is clean with great facilities...and the bed and blankets...oh, my God! They hug you :-) I'll stay there next time for sure.

The staff were really friendly and helpful. The room was large and comfortable, and seemed clean. The breakfast was very good. The area was great, as a solo female traveller I felt comfortable walking around alone even in the evenings. Lots of good places to eat nearby including an excellent vegan sushi restaurant, and only a 15 minute walk to the beautiful Ibirapuera Park.

The first room I was given had a lot of small ants. However, the staff were great and quickly found me another room. The fitness centre was not great, the cross-trainer was missing a foothold and the static bike did not work. The fitness centre and pool also shut early evening on Saturday and didn't open again until Monday, which was disappointing as I didn't expect this.

Large room with a comfortable bed and pillows. Breakfast was also good.

Room is a bit dated and the floor looks damaged. Water flow from the shower was small but still okay.

The breakfast area was chaotic and noisy. Otherwise, the breakfast buffet was good.

Location is near beach but far from city centre

Not direct beach access (it is through the streets) Hotel charges guest for parking.

Credits and kudos and the best reviews to the staff of this hotel. The staff is truly what made our stay the best thing! Especially Estevao and Eduardo (professional and very helpful and patient). If you are looking for a great place with very nice rooms, but even better (above and beyond) customer service, this is your place. For the price and value, the rooms are fantastic. Very spacious, airy, tall ceilings, nice design, bright, comfortable beds, etc. No complaints. We stayed in 2 different ones: The executive special one with the view and the luxury one (best kind of room in the hotel). As said before, the best thing about the Hotel was the staff! Super professional, attentive, helpful, kind, charming, and very very useful and ready to assist with any issues. Our only two main issues were rooms where the AC failed and was not working, and the horrible construction noises outside on the street (outside of their control). The staff went above and beyond to get us an upgraded room with a perfect working AC and located on the other side of the building so we would not hear the horrible construction noises. I give this an A+++ thanks to the staff and team, and a A+ for hotel amenities and quality. PS: The Gym is amazing, very worth it! The swimming pool area could use some work though, it was clean but looked very abandoned. we didn't swim.

Some rooms have AC issues, but, staff was extremely helpful to fix all issues asap. No complaints. I wish the swimming pool was better kept so that it would be nice to swim. It did not look very attractive the area, though it was not dirty at all.
