Excellent location, with the neighbourhood having a variety of restaurants within walking distance. The Jardim Pamplona Shopping Centre is also nearby, with a familiar Starbucks by the entrance, and an excellent Carrefour supermarket. It also seems there is a 24-hour pharmacy on every second block around this area, making it very convenient for things like toiletries and sunscreen, in case you forgot those. The room itself was very spacious, with a comfortable bed, enough power points, and a small kitchenette with a microwave and tea/coffee station. The shower had good water pressure as well. Breakfast in the restaurant was also good, with a variety of Continental and English options available. I was in Sao Paulo twice on my trip, staying at this hotel both times, and I was not disappointed. Bear in mind that if you are walking to Paulista Avenue, it is all uphill, as it is the highest street in the area.

A minor inconvenience, but I would have preferred a slightly larger safe. It just managed to fit my 14" Macbook Pro, together with a few other items. If you have a larger laptop, it will not fit.

Great location, in a safe neighbour and very close to bars, restaurants and a large shopping mall. Also, within walking distance of Ibirapuera Park. Rooms were spacious with a large, comfortable bed and a living area with a small kitchen and dining area. The rooftop pool was good and offered great views of the city. The gym was small, but there was enough there to do a good workout and also offered great views on the top floor. Breakfast was top quality, and we ate in the restaurant one night also, and the food was delicious and reasonably priced.

We liked everything.

Breakfast was good, mainly general options like bread, yogurt, cereal, cheese, jam, milk, but it was enough to get us through the morning. The location of the hotel is AMAZING, lots of restaurants, malls, supermarkets, bars nearby, it FEELS SAFE WALKING AROUND!

The safety box indicated and error once I closed it and didn't open again. It wasn't an issue right away because I was just trying it on, but it would've been a serious problem otherwise. The pool it's only sunny in the morning.

Location was great and safe. Restaurants, shopping malls, supermarkets, drug stores all within walking distance. The hotel is very nice and clean. Recommended.

Upon arrival to the hotel coming from Rio I requested the staff for universal plug for the outlets which were provided at the hotel in Rio for free. I asked if the room had US outlets to charge my phone and they said no and had few for sale at the counter. I ended up paying 16 dollars for one to later find out they did have US outlets in the bathroom and a cabinet where the small refrigerator is located. I also went to the counter to ask for toilet paper and was told they would bring it to the room and never happened.

Location was superb, in a really safe neighborhood with cafes, restaurants and a shopping mall really close by. The room was a good size.

WiFi was problematic Swimming pool is tiny and there are no facilities to get a drink or anything up there on the 18th floor where it is situated. The bar closed very early. We had dinner and then wanted. Drink directly after we’d eaten but the bar had already closed!

Location is top, can walk around the area (eg Oscar Freire, bars and restaurants) and to Paulista in 15 min; has small gym and small pool. Downstairs breakfast and diner/ Simple and not fancy, clean and staff very nice and helpful

Bedroom doors could be more soundproof but this is a general issue in most hotels!

I always stay in the same hotel as I love the location! Easy access to all that Jardins offer in terms of shopping and lovely cafes

Breakfast could go until 11am? But this is not a complaint as the breakfast is great and well served

My family and i have been staying here for decades now. The team has a high attention to details and eager to help with any question you may have. Nicely designed rooms which made us feel well every single day of the stay. Great location for a walk on Paulista Av. or through Jardins. Good breakfast with a slightly changing selection and lovely helping staff.

A complimentary water would have been great (in the room) also the option of slightly firmer pillows and a more often change of sheets (even if is a ecological choice).

Great and safe location not far away from Paulista and Pinheiros - can both easily be reached by feet. Everyday breakfast was good, however, there were different cakes on each day. Coffee (strong) tasted very good! Staff was very friendly and helpful, they even managed to prepare lunch boxes on the day we left - greatly appreciated.

Both the pool and the gym could have been more modern and renovated. The restaurant of the hotel was just average, we had pizza for dinner and would never eat there again.

The staff was very helpful and Louis stood out to be a very honest and courteous man with great ethical standards! There were more examples of great staff and there were a few that spoke English that I met and some that didn’t, translated of their own phone so we could communicate when needed. Also, the wonderful ladies that kept my room clean were a true blessing. They all did a fantastic job!!
