I like the location that it's safe and quiet. Also, I'm a runner so I like that it's close Ibirapuera park. Also the location is close to some nice restaurants and tourist attractions like MASP, Parks etc.

I find that the breakfast selection is not exceptional. They serve the same thing almost everyday. The coffee is too strong and the coffee machine for special coffee is always broken or maybe I just don't understand what there staff is telling me. It would also help if there is someone in the restaurant that can speak fluent English for the non Portuguese speaking guests. I speak a little Portuguese so I can get by sometimes. Also, before checking in I was informed via the booking.com app that the hotel have someone to assist re booking tours/reservations etc., again the language barrier makes it so difficult for me to communicate with the staff.

Excellent location with many good restaurants and shopping centers. The restaurant in the hotel is amazing. We came back tired after work so it was convenient for us to eat at the hotel’s restaurant, every dish we tried was great and fulfilling. Breakfast food quality is one of the best we have had. Hotel service was professional and always helpful. Room was spacious and relaxing with a balcony which was great to sit to enjoy an early tea/coffee after waking up. Will definitely come back.

Excellent location. Welcoming. Very comfortable bed. Good bathroom and shower with plenty of clean towels etc. Spacious and comfortable sitting room. TV with English-speaking channels. Well-stocked fridge and snack bar. Friendly and very helpful staff: Concierge, reception, housekeeping and restaurant. The fact that it was possible to open windows and not have to rely on air conditioning!

The staff were excellent. They helped me when KLM failed to put my luggage on the plane that got me to Sao Paulo. The room was excellent. The hotel, in general, is very good. The restaurant is decent. The location is very good. The staff were the standout.

Good location for most things. Safe neighborhood with some of the best restaurant options in town in walking distance. Friendly staff. Clean bathrooms, spacious rooms. Decent breakfast. Great value, especially if you need some extra space for working.

The breakfast was fantastic. Coffee made to order if desired. Omelettes made to order. Huge buffet with wonderful fruits, yogurts, cakes, pastries, and way more items than one could possibly eat. They changed the offerings daily and the service was very fast.

Breakfast could be better, with improved selection of breads and juices. Frigobar needs to be restocked after a night’s visit, especially if guests are staying more than one night..

Very spacious and well equipped suite. Lots of attention to details of comfort, such as beautiful bed linens and a turn-down service. Roof top pool is small but a real bonus in such a hot environment. Everything is clean, modern and well designed. Restaurant was very good and reasonably priced. Had a fabulous massage, arranged at fairly short notice, by a very accomplishes masseuse/Shiatsu practitioner. Again, the price was very reasonable. The hotel is well positioned for all the bars, restaurants and high end shops along Rue Oscar Freire and Loreno.

It's a very steep climb to Av. Paulista - although not far, I'd suggest taking a taxi.

Large suite with living/dining/kitchen and large balcony. Bedroom with walk through wardrobe and ensuite bathroom. 2X TVs. Restaurant lovely and food and wine very good. Short walk to shopping area and restaurants.

Breakfast good but could maybe have more usual optionss.

I felt the minibar items were a little over the top. The fridge was filled with stuff and they used an entire shelf for snacks. I would recommend putting it away and letting people who want it find it.
