Great location, the rooftop pool was lovely with incredible views over the city. Good breakfast, and very friendly and helpful staff on reception who made us feel very welcome. Spacious apartment.

Based on photos during booking, I was expecting a balcony but our room did not have one. The sofa bed was not very comfortable to sleep on. The team kindly brought us a camp bed instead, but it was also uncomfortable. Fine for one night but it wouldn't be suitable for a longer stay.

It looks like a brand-new apartment. We had a studio, it was spacious and functional. Modern furniture. Super clean! Loved the crisp-white cotton blanket on the bed. New pots in the kitchen, plenty of open shelving for clothes, windows can be opened for fresh air. (There is AC of course, but it wasn't hot outside so we didn't use it.) Nice views from the rooftop pool area, and the pool was very well heated - in August. Great location a couple blocks from Paulista Avenue, a short walk to MASP art museum. Safe area for walking. Good breakfast. Very impressed with the quality of the place, all for a very reasonable price.

It was pretty much perfect.

Great Location. Reception lady speaks English, friendly and very helpful. I didnt like the first room and the lady helped to change it. Breakfast included and decent. TV channels in English. My kids enjoyed the pool and the steam room.

Wifi is on and off, mostly off, so unstable. You have to pay for water! They lock the front door at night, i guess it's for safety but it's inconvenient.

Great location, simply at the best part of neighborhood. The size of the apartment was great. The staff was welcoming and the breakfast was pretty good. Free parking was a plus.

This apartment needs renovation, especially the bathroom. Some parts of the apartment need upgrades.

Certain things need updating. There are some parts of the apartments that look worn out and bit outdated.

Breakfast is extraordinary and I love the swimming pool. That is the reason and the location I always try to stay there when in Sao Pulo.

The room where I stayed was dated. The closet was dirty and the toilette seat missed a piece.

The bed is incredibly comfortable, the breakfast is delicious and the employees are generally nice. The location is very good and of easy access, we enjoyed the free parking and the value for the money is good.

We booked a room for 2 adults and 2 kids, and it was written a double bed plus a sofa bed, but when we arrived they had given us a room with a double bed, a single bed and a crib. They said they always put a crib for kids under 5 years old, which I find very odd because most year old dont sleep in a crib and my 2 and a half year old definitely doesnt neither. We got lucky that there was another room available but they didnt say sorry for the inconvenience. Also the rooms and elevators are pretty dated, but they still are very comfortable and functional. We enjoyed our stay and if the price is right compared to other hotels, we might go there again.

The staff were really nice. Excellent location, within walking distance to a lot of clubs and bars and restaurants. Quite safe to walk around even at night.

It is an old apartment so some facilities aren’t as good, but overall not a big problem.

The staff was super friendly and flexible - which is all we needed after a long morning of work and some changes in our connection flight. They let us stay at the hotel and even use the sauna and pool after check-out to make sure we could 'kill some time' in the best possible way. I highly recommend their openness!

The wifi connection is not the best from 5-7 pm, due to the high amount of guests and density of the region. So I would recommend they could set up a meeting room with cable internet for those in WFH - especially in the 28th floor where the setting is more corporate.

The location is fabulous. Many good restaurants and shops nearby and one block from Paulista main road. The room itself was spacious and clean. It had just the basics but that was more than enough. I loved the balcony and being able to open the door and window. A good view of parts of the city. The bed was comfortable and the room was quiet. The bathroom was very clean and had a window too.

It’s a basic hotel but what they lack in glamour, they make up for in location, ambiance and friendliness.
