The hotel is excellent, all the staff try to make the guest feel as comfortable as possible. And that is wonderful. We liked everything.

I think the shower area is very tight, the door opens inwards which is very dangerous if someone faints during the shower it is difficult to open the door quickly to help. In my opinion this is a very important point to be considered because the shower area need more accessibility.

Room had a great view on São Paulo’s skyline, and was very comfortable. Breakfast was amazing, and the breakfast room looks fantastic with all the plants. The gym is the best I’ve seen in a hotel. It is big and super well stocked with weights, machines, including some that you wouldn’t usually see in a hotel gym (stairmaster for example). It is also accessible to external users I believe, but it was never too busy when I went. The pool is great, and makes it hard to believe you are in the centre of Sao Paulo. Staff was nice upon check in and check out and spoke great English.

I loved everything, however two small remarks: - the AC in the room is not the most recent and as a result quite loud. - the sun beds are black and get BURNING once the sun starts hitting on the pool area. Some covers would be nice.

Wow! Very impressed. - big queue at reception to check in, so they gave those waiting Prosecco while we waited. - special shout out to Taylor one of their concierge to advise on dinner locations. We loved him!! Amazing advice. - it was my birthday and got very spoilt… bubbles and cake awaiting me in bedroom. Upgraded to include breakfast every day. And Taylor sent a further gift of cake to our room. - breakfast… wow! A hotel group who have moved with the times (rare). Smoothie and juice bar (including super healthy green juice), entire area for special diet options. And made to order chef items such as omelettes etc. also the coffee was great, lovely and strong… again rare for hotels! Would stay at a Renaissance again, and 100% recommend. The staff are all so helpful and friendly. Nothing was too much!

Pool doesn’t get much sunlight.

Service excellent, le breakfast is great, the place very confortable and The Theater is the plus .

I contracted at a Booking with a less price that I have to pay in the check out, this is a terrifie moment when I left,AND I were in time for my fly and I can not make any question about this I really disappointed.

Everything was perfect. The location is very convenient, all members of staff were nice, always ready to help, the room was clean, check in and out were fast and smooth, they even allowed me to check out a little later. I not only recommend, but will certainly stay again next time I go to Sao Paulo.

Very good central location, with staff who were very keen to help. The breakfast buffet was one of the best I have ever had with beautiful fresh fruits, smoothies and baked goods. There was also a healthy table with lots of gluten free / plant based treats.

The bedrooms were a little tired compared to the very modern reception and communal area. My sleep was disturbed by the smoke detector immediately above the bed which flashed continuously.

The property itself is stunning—beautifully maintained, spotlessly clean, and designed for comfort. My room had an amazing view, which made every morning and evening feel special. The attention to detail in cleanliness and upkeep was impressive, making the stay even more enjoyable.

Great Room, Great Location, and lovely Staff

In general, the breakfast was ok. But for the quality of the Hotel must need to improve the diversity of the Breakfast. Very few options and same food everyday. They have a lot of foreign guest so I was expecting more diversity.

The location was wonderful.

The staff were disorganized, and each one said a different thing for the same problem. I had to explain the same thing twice to each one of them.

Service very good , staff v attentive. Arrived at 8am after an overnight flight and our room was available immediately which was so good to have a shower , get changed etc. room was comfortable and shower v good. Breakfast was excellent with a range of foods. Definitely would stay there again
