Although this isn’t the fault of the property someone stole something of mine from the communal shower , with all the cctv they didn’t try to help me find who took it. Be careful of Your belongings! No windows in the rooms The terrace isn’t open all the time and you cannot eat food unless bought from the restaurant next door

Would prefer if beds were fitted with proper sheets that actually fit the bed. More frequent cleaning of the bathroom could've been more ideal although I think some of the other people staying in the hostel were just really messy people and did not clean up after themselves in the bathroom.

Very cool place to stay. The hostel is really modern, clean, and quiet. Facilities are good, hot showers, good WiFi, comfortable beds, etc. and there's a nice bar and terrace. The location is fantastic too, close to the metro and lots of shops and restaurants. The staff were very helpful too, checking me in even at 1am and answering all my questions. Especially Estella who helped me a lot, thank you!

when you have these guys ( Volmir, Jussie and junior ) at the reception to make everything easy and confortable for you, then you have the best stays in this clean hostel. thank you for the cleaner woman the lovely and the adorable woman, thank you guys at the reception to make it easier for me specially when I arrived at the hostel and you had made things comfortable for me, I really appreciate you guys helping out. thank you again the good team

The hostel is very modern, clean and has great staff. The showers are warm and spacious which made a comfortable stay. Rodrigo was particularly helpful this morning giving me advice about catching a bus to Rio and somewhere for breakfast. He was super friendly and helpful!

I wish there was somewhere to hang out. Some sofas and somewhere quiet if you want to make a call or relax etc.

Staff is very helpful and they have staff speak good English! Very clean as cleaning kept being done while day. Locker and curtain indeed help to keep privacy and convenience. Location is good and very safe around.

The terrace was closed for maintainence. They do not have kitchen and thus no place to eat and put food in.

The location is wonderful, in a very safe neighborhood of Sao Paolo. The hostel is professionally run, with most amenities you might need. The staff was friendly

My room had a tad of a damp smell. Also, they don't do laundry, so you have to go to a launderette (which means losing quite a few hours between washing and drying).

The property was great, nice and clean! It’s definitely a fun hostel with a bar attached where you can play games and meet other guests. I loved that there was AC in every room. the staff was wonderful, Rafael was great! I asked him for recommendations and he was always willing to help. he was always friendly and knowledgeable of the area. I will definitely be back!

The first hostel where I had to make my own bed. Even though I arrived in the middle of the night. I have never witnessed anything like this. Unfortunately not many English speaking staff.

The wifi is very good travelers and common area is quiet during the day. Showers have good strong water pressure. Location is walking distance to all the basics supermarkets, shops, gym, restaurants and main tourist points. The neighborhood is safe and clean. Staff at the hostel is very nice and welcoming. Cesar did a great job at check in and was very informative.

The room was a bit small and I had to rent a towel.
