The smart living concept is fantastic. Convenience and facilities to make your stay even better. The excellent 24-hour service from the team, the ease of 24-hour communication, including via WhatsApp. The location is excellent and safe. You can get everything you want/need within short walking distances. I highly recommend it!

The pillows in the unit I stayed in could be better and a little maintenance would be nice (loose sockets, stained pillow, door stopper for the bathroom)... Small details that don't negatively impact the stay but would make it even better.

the location is perfect. the hotel is not really a hotel, it's a housing. reminded me of student's residence more than anything else, but it was clean and comfortable and not expensive, so what else could I have wished for ? 👌

the wifi stopped working several days before the end of our stay due to some technical problems, and despite the promises to fix it ASAP the connection never came back. we were lucky to have our mobile connection, otherwise it would've been really bad for us. maybe not enough plates and mugs in the kitchenette. oh, and the toilet kept clogging up, it was the worst !! 🤢

Great location - close to 2 metro lines. The downstairs common area was nice with comfortable chairs and workstations. The fact that we could open windows to get air is a bonus. We don't like sealed-in hotel rooms where the air conditioning is the only way to get air.

The room is tiny. The kitchenette had no workspace, and only 1 of each utensils - we had to ask for 2. As we booked it as a couple it would have been nice to have 2 of everything from the start. Some things were missing completely - like breakfast bowels.

Overall, I enjoyed my first experience in Brazil and in Housi Paulista. What i like the most was the fast response over WhatsApp, the location, and the overall idea of a smart apartment.

No one in the reception speaks English, and you have to pay for everything, iron the clothes, hair dryer, and do the laundry. In conclusion, you are renting only the apartment, and you have to deal with your own daily consumptions.

Great location. The room was well equipped and big.

Cleaning could have been better (duvet and one of the towels with stains, shower tiles with mold). The pillows are really bad, so thin that not the even with 2 of them you can have a decent one! All plugs were loose. The Check-in system (they ask you to download an app that doesnt work and you cannot do a normal check-in in person (?), everything is sent via whatsapp (the room number, code, etc.).

Great location, subway right next door and Paulista around the corner. Staff is great, the room is comfortable, great bed, awesome hot shower, mini mart in the lobby for a late snack. Price is OK too.

I'm not a fan of the app specially because it's mandatory, although it didn't work for my check in.
