The hotel is located in a safe area right off Av. Paulista. Most communication is via Whatsapp, which is very convenient. You will also receive a code to enter the room in the message.

You can hear quite a bit of street noise through the windows, but it quiets down during the night. The shower is very small, but fully adequate for a short stay.

Very accessible to the metro! Literally you walk outside and there is the Paulista Station and also close to the main Attractions. If you are looking for a convenient place just to sleep, you won’t regret and price is very affordable too. Employees were super friendly too!

I stayed in the 7th floor and unfortunately the acoustic isn’t that good. I could hear all the movement outside, but I guess it’s normal for the region.

it was an excellent stay , location and safety are my top priorities. staff and front desk are very helpful . the front desk desk camilla extended a warmth and helpful hand. i highly recommended this place.

The location was perfect.

Cleanliness, was ok but we stayed for 5 nights and they didn't cleaned the room once. We had to ask for new /clean towels, that we received directly.. The key system that they have is not the easiest one, it is a long code of numbers. Maybe our own mobil number as a code would be a easier way to use.

Very good location, right beside a metro station. There are bars, restaurants and padarias nearby. The room is quite small, but very clean and comfort enough for a short stay. There's a mini market on the ground floor. Very nice staff!

The flow of water in the sink was very weak.

Situated right above the Paulista metro station, two bus stops and on a very short walking distance to the bustling Av Paulista, the location is outright exceptional. The pricing, staff, security, cleanliness, facilities and view of the superior suite are outstanding as well.

I arrived and the reception was able to WhatsApp me the code for my room. There is a keypad on the door handle that becomes visible when you touch the white dot on the door handle. The location was very close to the museums etc. on Avenue Paulista

I think I got what I paid for. Everything was smooth. Staff reception was good, clean room, comfy bed, clean bathroom.

I'm just being picky here but there were some dirty stains on walls (hardly noticeable), towels are somewhat smelly, like a damp/acidic smell. Wifi wasn't working on the day of the checkout. Not.sure if that is intended, but it was a thing.

This room is was better than the room I got on the first part of my stay. Very nice size, everything is way better. I would say that the price is way too high for a night compared to other options so it's not so worth it but I enjoy it. I would stay again but not for this price.

Everything good in this room. Wish I had picked this one since the beginning.

I was told in advance that I could do early check-in and late check out for a fee, but upon arrival/ departure I was told it's not possible. This was a big inconvenience.
